I still jealous psychopathbabble as I just keep yoyo-ing up and down each week despite doing loads of exercise and I'm still the same weight as when I started at the beginning of the year! I've even measured myself as muscle weighs more than fat but I'm the same!!! grrrrrrrrrrrr...

Looks like I need to step it up a gear, hmmmmmmm if I walked to work and back then that is 10 miles each way which at 4 mph would take 5 hrs a day! Crikey! Think I'll give that a miss.

hmmmmmmmm what else...? I've already given up chocolate for March... maybe give up take aways too like Kerri?

I am also now doing the couch potato to 5k programme, which is designed to get you running 5k or 30 minutes in 9 weeks.... so thats 30 minutes on the treadmill followed by 20 lengths of the pool (about 15-20 mins for slow old me) 3 times a week, so I've seriously upped my exercise too! Plus now doing SW. You will get there!

ETA: While it's not 10k, I have signed up to do race for life in July but aiming to run the whole 5k! There is now an option to do 10k but not brave enough for that!

Well I stayed the same at SW this week. That elusive half a pound just will not shift & therefore another £5 wasted

Well done to psychopathbabble though :D

No debt changes to report, DD has gone off on a school trip today & I'm kinda sad.

Well, think how you'd be without the exercise! So well done for doing all that exercise :T
I'd suggest giving up processed foods, as they give you lots of calories without giving you the nutrition to make you full i.e. bread, white rice, ready meals, refined sugar.

Also, if I eat lots of vegetables first before eating anything else I tend to find I'm too full to eat the rest of it, and that saves on lots of calories. It's about making small changes so the weight comes off slowly but stays off permanently. Good luck :)
