Head and ear are quite sore nowand mate is saying she wished she had been there so she could have recorded it and put it on youtube :rotfl:
Shouldn't all embarrassing moments be filmed and laughed at by a gang of hooded teenagers?Sounds painful though, would it be presumptuous to suggest a midweek glass of wine to numb the pain?

JM please be careful! I think maybe we should all send you a cotton wool ball, if we all send just one then you'll have enough to wrap yourself in so you come to no more harm
Productive evening for me, but no more debt busting just yet. I've moved my entire room around again, this time there seems to be more floor space than ever before and it's really opened the room up. I'm not sure why, but it has. I can't even remember what the room looked like before though eep. All in preparation for the grand arrival of new bed in two weeks timeIt's becoming a really cosy room in here too, enough room to play wii fit or snuggle up reading a book in the sun, or even just chilling out watching tv in bed. Shelves defo make a difference.
I have to report I bought a pizza thoughI just had to try the stone-baked takeaway place that I saw when taking the dogs out, it was soooo much nicer than d0minos, but it the truffle oil has played my ibs up

Told DH what happened and he has now banned me from going into the loft ever again.
It took me a while, as I was so busy laughing at myself, but I did start to realise that the way I would have fallen down the hatch I stood a good chance of breaking my neck
I feel like ive taken some really strong painkillers as im a little bit fuzzy, but havent taken anything at allIts been nearly 5 hrs since it happened so I think im fine to go to bed now, so i'll say night to you all

Jakes-mum, I was at a party a few months ago round a friends house and her room was in the attic, somehow I fell over backwards and put my hand out to stop me hitting the deck, however the back of my head smacked the tv unit behind me. I thought nothing of it until the next morning when I felt the back of my head and saw blood  Luckily I'd stayed up all night partying, however the next day I was really fuzzy and quite concussed (that feeling you have when you've taken lots of strong painkillers, but without taking any). So if you feel like that and if you start feeling sick, blacking out, or feel really dizzy please, please get your OH to take you to the doctors. Concussion is serious. I've got a massive scar on the back of my head now, and no longer party in attic rooms that are too small to party in
Hope you feel better in the morning.

Grrrr, hate when a cheque shows as having been paid into your account but it hasn't really. The last part of our deposit is showing as paid into my current account but it won't let me forward it to the solicitors, don't like having £10,000 in my current account!
Trying to work out things I still need to pay for, got 2 things in my sig but H*lif*x have said I can't pay the product fee until we're moved in and I won't get the final solicitors bill until then either. Parents owe me £500 (they wanted to buy us a washer and fridge and things but I'm buying them an a bed for the spare room from the seller so they're paying us that back) and OHs parents have said they "may" gift us half the amount for the sofa I've seen which would mean £300 from them.
Too much money flying in all directions right now
hoping to raid my parents cupboards of all the food they bought for me but they wouldn't really eat, think I'll have enough tinned meatballs to last a lifetime, no idea why they bought them but I won't see them go to waste :PHSBC CC - £3000 / £3000

Has anyone else claimed back their PPI or tried to do a SAR without an account number quite tempted to do it all, but no account numbers!
I'm looking at doing ours, however most of our accounts where we most probably had PPI must be too old as they don't show up on our credit files, but because i can't remember, I'm going to right to them all anyway to get the t&c's and credit agreement just to be sure.£2013 in 2013 £866.71/£2013
