:j:j:j My big loan is now under £8k!!! :j:j:j
When I got the loan in 2006 it was for £24.5k so this is a big milestone for me. Next milestone for this loan will be at the end of June when it will be less than £7k then it will all be paid off by end of August!!!! I absolutely cannot wait for this moment when I can ring them up and pay off my loan and close my account!!!
Then I just have my 2 credit cards to go and will hopefully be debt free at the end of NovemberI am sooooo happy with this, just need to get my act together with my NSDs and spending on little bits and take aways. BAD JEMMA!!!

If its any help I was thinking about your boots as I pulled mine today thinking the sole feels a touch thin now0
-
The sole of one of my boots snapped in half today  I ordered a new pair online last week and UPS are holding them hostage and I won't be able to get them until next week sometime - what am I supposed to wear for work tomorrow?! I look like a right hobo!! :rotfl:
Found out the other day I've got a job interview next week  Need to sort out my paperwork and outfit for it - am planning a practice journey on Tuesday so I can find out where I'm going!
Payday can't come soon enough this month! I think I always expect Feb to be so much easier than Jan - but because I was so skint last month I'm STILL super skint and have had enough now!0 -
I hope we can find a way to keep all the banter and debt reporting on here. It is so motivating and we need that when it is a long haul job. I have been trying to shift debts for 2 years and I feel on this thread that I am finally really changing my spending behaviours. I have cut down and cut down each year but I have never been this good :rotfl:

I agree with the others that the reports of people paying off debt are really motivational so it would be a shame to stop it. I can't believe stalkers are doing this - have they not got more interesting things to do?
Can't wait til we get paid so I can pay more of the debt off! And I can't believe how much my attitude has changed to spending either. I now hate spending money unless I really have to - which is a major change, as you can see by my 'name' on here!!Pay debt in 2012 #278 £2347/£5364

Just got back from pizza at my friends house & I think my cat is dying
He is 19 and has been with me longer than DH has. The last week or so he seems to have got really weak and doddery, but has still been eating & going out to the toilet. Tonight is much much worse & he has pooed on the floor too. He doesn't seem in pain & purrs when I pick him up, but he is really really confused and struggling. DH & the kids are away in Devon & I really don't want to deal with this on my own.
Not sure what I should do10lb to lose & keep off in 20204.5lb/10lb:rotfl:0 -

No more debt busting yet, but I have just re-opened a cc to take advantage of 0% for 6 months, so now my remaining debt is £1k at 0% for 6 months, £1k at 0% for 13 months and 1k at 12.7% which is a CU loan so while I need to make payments to that, I will save it up and pay monthly as I don't want to create more work for them paying tiny payments every day!Became Mrs Scotland 16.01.16

All my friends have little kids in bed & all my family are down south. He's not in pain & TBH I think I'd rather he went peacefully in familiar surroundings rather that be put down. I just feel like I'm waiting for the inevitable & I feel so alone.
Thanks for posting x10lb to lose & keep off in 20204.5lb/10lb:rotfl:0
