I'd really like to say it was something noble or psychicness on my part . . . but its not :rotfl: im a control freak and extreeeeeeeeeemely good with numbers :D hence why I trained as an accountant, nothing I love more than numbers and counting money :rotfl:
I always tell people that im a very confused person inside, im part Jewish, part Irish and I like to think the Irish part is trying to give my money to all and sundry whilst my Jewish side is desperately trying to hold on to every penny ive got :rotfl::rotfl:

I'm just 29 and always get people ask the same of me. I'm a maths geek and numbers obsessed :rotfl: even more annoying that I'm in debt then. :mad:But it does mean I have a great set of spreadsheets for this and just about everything else ;):rotfl::rotfl:

Sorry I've not been around lately but work is MANIC!!!!!!!!!!! I've got soooooooooooo much to do by end of play tomorrow and there is no human way to do it and all of it is PRIORITY. If I get any calculations wrong then I could not only cost our customer £millions but also my own company £100,000's this year... No pressure then!

What do you do Jemma? Sounds stressful :(

So does anyone else have their own February target? I like looking at my debt in stages :D

Mine is to get my CC1 down to £1250

According to one of my above-mentioned spreadsheets, my February target is £1,450 paid (oh my, I nearly wrote that as £14,500 - I wish!! :p). Almost exactly, which I'm sure will please Kerri ;)

EDIT: Ok, the reason I nearly wrote £14,500 was because that was the debt target, not £1,450 paid. Actual target is therefore £2,160 paid :)

I've given up on rounded numbers, chucking anything at debts is better than waiting until the number can be rounded. I just sit here twitching instead :p

Just waiting for my Freemans statement to come into my inbox, normally about 1pm eep. Vanquis haven't emailed to say mines ready yet either but it shows on their website and I have £0 in interest from them :T:T:T That makes me SUPER happy as it says it would have been about £40 had I not been paying it off then using that to pay other stuff off. Funny how moving money around can make it cheaper. Just waiting for vanquis to clear (probably tues now).

Just paid some more money towards freemans £0.36 but I did throw my fleabay money, £7.51, at it last night too so I'm currently:

    Morning all!

Waiting on Wed when all my DDs go out before I can make another payment. I really should change the date of the DDs to coincide with my new payday (now 3rd fri not last working day) but it seems a lot of faffing. It's my loan repayment that's the big one (takes a third of my wage :() and when that's paid off in summer, it won't matter so much.

Oh, am changing from contract to payg from March too when my contract's up. The man tried desperately to convince me to take another contract but it's really not financially viable. When I told him I only make about 10mins worth of calls a month as I'm a texter not a caller, he agreed £30+ was sily and payg would suit me better. When I took out the contract I did have plans to call people more but...:p

    Keep up the debt-busting xxx
