*blushes again...* Wow, this has been quite public hasn't it?!

It's bad enough having you lot on my shoulder when I'm tempted to buy something but now it'll be like you're all staring at us when we meet up :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl: I've got visions of looking round to see 300+ people including an Orange, A gnome, a cat, a campervan, 3 lovely ladies (loubie, kerrie and catmort) and a lovely bouquet of flowers (jakes-mum) all with big cheesy grins and thumbs up! :rotfl:

:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:this really made me laugh :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
You two do look a lovely 'couple' (I know you're not a couple yet.......):):j

I posted on here about late payments on credit file and put it into the mortgage section but no-one has really answered ( not as friendly as here ! )

i thought if you had late payments they dropped off after 6 years but ive got some showing from 2005 and equifax says 6 years from account closing, but what if you dont close the account after a late payment it surely cant stay on your file forever ?

Sorry rosiest, I'm not ignoring your question, I just don't know the answer.:o
  • Thats it! I am skint now till Tuesday!

Why do PayPal take your money straight away from your bank yet take 5 days plus to put it back? Eh? Eh? Not valid reason....cos they can! HMMMMPH!

    :( Trying hard...failing miserably :(

Sorry Rosiest, I dont know the answer either as im ashamed to say I havent had a credit report since about 2005

I do vaguely remember reading somewhere that mortgage companies only use the last 5 years ish report to evaluate your mortgageability (is that even a word :rotfl:) When I moved in with DH we had been together 4 years and they gave us a good mortgage rate on my credit report and taking his wages into account, as his file was full of late payments, overdrawn, missed payments and mine was angelic yet I only earnt £8k :rotfl: see I always was a right miser with me money :rotfl:

I am going to sell the boots - I love them and I have worn them so the soles are a bit scuffed but they should make £20, plus I have a few more bits to list this free listing weekend, just need to find the time to do it.

A friend laughed at me tonight when he saw me putting an entry into my spending diary. It was horrible! I just wanted to post on here as I knew you would see the positive side :-)

Maybe I didn't help myself by having an entry in there for 1p :o but I wanted to be thorough and I didn't think anyone would be looking over my shoulder!!
He did then pay for my (cheap) dinner so I guess I shouldn't be too harsh on him.

Jemma, I wish we could be watching over your shoulder. I'm excited for you but I don't envy you the pressure! The rest of us will just have to live vicariously!

Now to go and see how much is in my b/a so I can see if I can throw anything else at freemans :)

I read that as "go and see how much is in my bra" I was trying to work out why you would use your bra to keep your cash in. :rotfl:
