I'm a happy girl! When I get it through, it means £3k off my debt and the rest towards HK.
Anyone know if you have to pay tax on this? MrS was asking and I have no idea.#
you only pay tax on the 8% interest they pay you on the basic amount they're refunding if that makes sense? some banks will take it before they send it to you so it's best to check, otherwise you have to tell the tax office.
I'm still awaiting a decision from my claim - they said 10 weeks to decide and we're now in week 11.0 -
Welcome aboard lemon tree lovely puddycat
I waited 6 months for my money, it was a joke but I got it in the end

*blushes again...* Wow, this has been quite public hasn't it?!
It's bad enough having you lot on my shoulder when I'm tempted to buy something but now it'll be like you're all staring at us when we meet up :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl: I've got visions of looking round to see 300+ people including an Orange, A gnome, a cat, a campervan, 3 lovely ladies (loubie, kerrie and catmort) and a lovely bouquet of flowers (jakes-mum) all with big cheesy grins and thumbs up! :rotfl:
Anyway....
Had a 5 hour meeting this morning which was very tough (it generally is when you're justifying spending £8million of a customers money) and have now got loads more work to do... I need to buy a lottery ticket!!!
I'll hopefully update my total tonight as I've had a few dd's come out (approx £500) but I'm shattered to be honest so may just go straight to bed and update everything tomorrow.
Hope you all have a lovely day :A
p.s. Psychopathbabble, have you been to the doctors yet to find out what is wrong? xxxNew Debt Journey: Pay off £19,622.91 by 30th April 2015 :T

Paid off a couple of loan payments, and as it was payday managed to put a couple of hundred quid into the savings account for the paying off of the loans early.
My employer's shares are looking up, so my maturing Sharesave scheme in the summer *may* cover one of the loans by itself hopefully.DFW - DEBT FREEEEEE!
