Not much progress debt wise this week and money seems really tight but we are hanging in there I would love to be at £24k when we get to payday so I ahve £550 to find I ahve 2 wages to come through and £50 from ebay so I think i still need to find about £100
So need to get busy i have some money i can put to it which is due
Return top i dont like £20
Zapper £40
I sat and listed another 18 items on ebay tuesday night and if i can i will try and list a few tonight.
Good news I found we had another Ipod Nano 1st Gen which apple are replacing so have sent that off so now waiting for 2 brand new ones both can be sold as we have iphones but think they will be here for march so wont count that cash yet
Anybody used Gumtree is it only for large items and is it easy to use ????MARCH 2016 DEBT £25750/ £25035

I've used Gumtree loads, it's easy to use, free and no Paypal fees etc to worry about. A little more effort in some ways as you have to wait in for the people to come and be prepared for some bargaining but I have sold everything from books to furniture on there at different points and it's always been fine.
I also found OH through there so I would definitely recommend it!Debt at LBM Apr 2010 £28,767 Debt free as of Nov 2013 :j0 -
May have to expand my options and have a try on gumtree anything to clear the house and make some money.
I have had my paypal money through but i cant send it to mint yet as money is tight and i dont want to go short so when my wages go in Monday I will send it off.
Ive also been thinking next weekend could be quite expensive so maybe a smaller payment from wages Monday as I have a night out and its also DH birthday only got a few bits to get for his presents but also need money for a meal out I wouldnt usually bother but given the way things are at home and the fact it is a big birthday i think we all deserve a treat and to spend a little time together.
Must keep ebaying this weekend and also try to get some DVDs off to zapper again I have no idea where all this stuff comes from LOLMARCH 2016 DEBT £25750/ £25035

Trying to stay positive but a few more down days and now a funeral to go to which is going to be a lot of travelling so no payment to mint this week. Need the extra cash for fuel and maybe food any spare i will send to mint when im back.
Just when you think you are making progress and you get a little knock back cant lose focus, however i am being kept on in my job for another 3 months so a postive.
Zapper cheque arrived today so must get the next batch sorted and sent off I must do this over the next few days as money making has stopped.
On a plus note read a thread about Cahoot Flexi Loan interest being claimed back so in for a penny in for a pound i have placed a claim, fingers crossedMARCH 2016 DEBT £25750/ £25035

Well i have been AWOL again but for good reasons now im back payday was yesterday so the new updated figure is £22200 this leaves us with £1820 that is interest bearing so this is my priority now going to try and get it under £1000 by DH next payday only 28 days away
I think maybe i need to have a list to work to so i keep myself on track so the following needs to be done through March
1. Sell my Ipod that has been replaced FOC by apple
2. Return Next clothes that i didnt need
3. Use my 100 free 99p ebay listings
4. Send off more books cds to zapper
5. use only cash for shopping ( already drawn out )
6. Do daily surveys
7. Check job sites and apply for weekend jobs
8. Complete a new snowball
Right i think thats plenty to keep me going I will try and update these items daily or I will lose focus againMARCH 2016 DEBT £25750/ £25035
