    11 AF days out of 31 and I'm going to church now and won't be drinking when I return for definite. So please update me shaggy and mackeroo my relationship with drink is changing it doesnt stress me so much to see all ohs booze in the fridge. You have made me feel less alone as when I drink im sure oh is pleased quietly that i have failed again. Thanks so much everyone. I love you all. xxxx

    Ah bless you, my OH can be like that too. Hates it if I see something through as then he can't crow about my failure! However, this time he is being very supportive (not sure what he's up to)! Anyway, you are doing fab and just keep telling yourself that :D

    12/22 AF for me now, and I didn't feel tempted this evening, which is progress.

    I ran 5k in the local ParkRun this morning, a NY resolution and one I couldn't contemplate if I was hung over. The fact that I was almost the last one to finish is neither here nor there, and gives me plenty of room for improvement over the coming months.

    Hugs all round, for all the great posts, and lots of AF achievements. xx
