Trouble is I am already thinking I have a couple of parties in February, and that maybe I will have a drink. Not sure if it will be a good idea.

I am going to continue to take one day at a time, and continue to keep busy clearing out.

One day at a time is definitely the way to go. At the moment you're committed to January and you can reassess when next month comes along. It's hard to make a decision that you'll never have a drink again, you may not want to, you don't have to!! :Ton all your AF days so far. You're doing really well.

You did so well yesterday under extreme provocation mari. TGIF!!

    Another for me last night.

    9 AFDs please Shaggy.

    Hi all

10AF to report in - will probably struggle this weekend as I have the kids, and they drive me to drink - honest! lol

Jak - POF can be hilarious, just try to not take it to seriously - it certainly kills time :)

Hey Tracey, I know. It is certainly interesting and keeps my mind off other things! I've got my little one this weekend but i've got 2 mystery shops to keep me busy. One is dinner out tonight with little man and then luch tomorrow with him also! He'll be so chuffed. He loves going out for dinner with Mummy. And best of all, it's free!!!!! Woohoo! X

  • Hi everyone - hope you all have a good weekend. Just popping on in my lunch break to report up to date totals of 6/29 please Shaggy and 3 for the SNC - couldn't ignore those wine bells last night. However I wouldn't normally have had 6 AF days out of 10 so better than nothing. Baby steps and all that. Bye for now xx

sometimes I find teenagers just overwhelming. But drinking doesn't really help with them.

I completely agree - I have found the light at the end of the tunnel, now my DD1 and DD2 are extremely happy at their respective universities :T DD3 is pretty good most of the time :) Although things can change

    7 please, Shaggy, ta

Well another trying day at the mad house...and I've come home to bedlam again. Sooo have taken myself to my room, I am shattered but have to pick DD up later so can't even just go to bed (or even have a drink)!
I am just hoping that next week is better not sure how much of this I can cope with, all I need now is for OfSTED to put in an appearance!

Barny1979 - good luck with you AF date :D

PriceySOS - Happy Birthday for Sunday hope you have a fab day :bdaycake:
