13/10 AF for me, but it was a lost weekend, Friday was planned, Saturday and Sunday were unplanned and regretable. Still, managed a 5k run yesterday afternoon.What would you get if all you got was what you were thankful for?0

Hi all and welcome to everyone new:j
Big hugs and huge support to everyone who is needing it at the moment, esp pricey, maman and shaggy.
I have had two drinking days since last posting, 3 units on one, 4 on the other. The 4 was yesterday, spread over an afternoon/evening, with water and food and in company of my mum, friend and kids(kids weren't drinking). We put up the tree and decs and had a chinese after. Nice day, difficult for me without Bill, but ok ish.
I am finding myself feeling guilty for having a drink and totting up my units over a week. I worry now about going over 14 units, whereas before I wouldn't have attempted to count or be accountable.
Week 1 = 0
Week 2 = 0
Week 3 = 7
When I see it like this I feel proud, even if i do say it myself, a massive achievement. I would have easily had 6-8 units a day and food was something I occassionally fitted in! Speaking of which, another 1lb on this week, so i am still heading in the right direction. 6lbs in total now. Seems like I am swapping the units over for calories.
1 for the SNC and so far i'm on 15/13, thanks.Live for the moment and plan for the future0 -

It's 10pm so I am already counting this as AF, Taking me to 5 AF so far this month!
At 7.30pm I asked my Other Half what time it was as I was willing the night to be over so I could count it as AF! Sad state that I'm willing my night away so I don't drink!
Hope everyone finding it easier than I currently am.
{CuppaTea:- well done for doing so well in spite of all that has happened!}
