    Morning :)

Mackeroo can you put me down for 3 nights school challenge please. I need to keep some cash this week, and for the run up to christmas, so an added incentive.

    Consider it done! Good luck

What would you get if all you got was what you were thankful for?

    Morning All!

Mackeroo, completely agree about the doubling up. It's just so irresponsible. I thought offers like that were banned/discouraged in Scotland?

They always manage to get round it. They dont advertise the 'double up for a penny' deals but they ask you when you order your drinks if you want to double up. Asda have stopped the 3 bottles of wine for £10 deal but now offer a range of wines for £3.33!! Alcohol sales are big bucks $$ in Scotland

Thanks guys for all your support, nothing more to add today than what i already said.

Would like to do the SNC please mackeroo, the full monty too. 1AF day in.

No idea where I am on my target this month, i'll abandon it and start for December. I'm thinking 3 AF days a week should be attainable, may even be more.

  • Hi everyone

I've recently taken the decision to give up alcohol completely due to my mental health and the fact that when I start drinking I literally don't know when to stop. Too many scary nights when I can't remember how I got home have made me realise enough is enough. Thought I'd join everyone here to offer some support and quite possibly have a bit of a vent if I hit any stumbling blocks. Should be seeing quite a bit of me around Christmas then. :)
