Hello everyone,
e
Well no more AF nights but only a glass on friday and Saturday. On Saturday I did a 5.5 km run in town along with a load of other people - lots of the town came out to clap and cheer which was great!!.
Nest week Mackeroo I'd like to do the SNC. I am just having too many days where I drink - it might just be one glass but I want to have some completely AF days.Trying to keep in budget.

Why did I have to "make up" for the AF days managed so far? Instead of just having a glass or three, I had a bottle and three quarters tonight???What would you get if all you got was what you were thankful for?0

Yesterday DH and I finally separated for good. As most of you know we temporarily separated in July but I always hoped we would reconcile, especially even up until recently I would get texts ending in "LUL xxxxxxx" and he was still showing me an element of affection when he left the house last weekend.
Its too involved to go into and I'm worn out with crying but I cant stop, memories are everywhere, I can't sleep, I'm totally devastated, I can't function.
The man i love and created our children with doesn't want me, doesn't love me enough and this hurt is unbearable.
I'm taking each minute at a timeLive for the moment and plan for the future0 -

ShaggyxWhat do we do when we fall? We get up, dust ourselves off and start walking in the right direction again. Perhaps when we fall, it is easy to forget there are people along the way who help us stand and walk with us as we get back on track.0 -
