What do we do when we fall? We get up, dust ourselves off and start walking in the right direction again. Perhaps when we fall, it is easy to forget there are people along the way who help us stand and walk with us as we get back on track.0 -

We'll be thinking of you and wishing you all the luck in the world.:) keep us posted.
I'm going to have my usual
target of 10 for December please Shaggy.
I had thought of going target free for a month to see if I could test out my stop button but decided against it. I've had to work hard to get to 10 this month and I'm also working on not drinking too quickly on my drinking days. Being slumped on the sofa fast asleep mid evening is reminiscent of a home for OAPs and isn't what I want to acheive. Reading anatonic's post about health benefits also convinces me that some AF days are a really good thing.0 -

Was asked by wife today stay at home but as a lodger, considering I pay all the bills & a loan of hers, rather than move out, (in excess of 1K amonth), whereas if I moved out I wouldn't have the domestic grief. & be about £600 a month better off, The great thing about working away is that I can just turn the phone off. Anyway another AFD for me,Thanks for the supportOpenscreen

Ha ha that image made me laugh :rotfl:
Also I'm thinking about getting on the scales in January and what it registers !
It has been known for me to put on half a stone PLUS in December!!!!!What do we do when we fall? We get up, dust ourselves off and start walking in the right direction again. 20 please, Shaggy, thanks
Had planned wine last night, but of course had far, far too much  DD1 has been home for 2 weeks for her 21st birthday, back from her year's studying in Australia, and I had got so used to her being here - with her lovely boyfriend too - and she went back last nightI was so sad at the airport. She will be back again for 3 weeks in February, but it seems so far away
So 'consoled' myself by allowing myself to drink wine, which of course has made things even worse today.
Better try and get on with some work despite feeling so ill and low0 -
2 more afs for me, and for school night challenge, thanks.0
