*gien crashes into thread a bit late*

Ohh I've had a busy week this week, hardly a moment to sit down. I have had just 1 AF night so far (thank you Mackeroo for the SNC!) but should be Af as I'm home alone with the kids as DH is away on business.

TArget for December will be 15 days - I might just achieve that. It's not that I've been drinking a lot, most nights just one glass with dinner but it does bug me a bit that I can't seem to drop that.

Am off to catch up with the rest of the thread. Hugs to everyone.
    Trying to keep in budget.

    I'm on

9AFDs and 3 for the SNC please.

Sorry but I've decided to have a drink tonight. I'm being mindful but I just fancy it. :o My reasoning is that others would reward/console themselves by stuffing their faces but I fancy a drink instead.

What would you get if all you got was what you were thankful for?

2 more AF's please, so full monty SNC, first in a while, so that'll do me.

Dreading saturday morning when we tell the kids Daddy doesnt love mummy anymore and he is moving out, rather than "working away from home". Needs to happen just its going to be awful and emotional and it finally makes it real, no more pretending.

What do we do when we fall? We get up, dust ourselves off and start walking in the right direction again. Perhaps when we fall, it is easy to forget there are people along the way who help us stand and walk with us as we get back on track.

DD1 has been home for 2 weeks for her 21st birthday, back from her year's studying in Australia, and I had got so used to her being here - with her lovely boyfriend too - and she went back last night :( I was so sad at the airport. She will be back again for 3 weeks in February, but it seems so far away :( So 'consoled' myself by allowing myself to drink wine, which of course has made things even worse today.

    Is lovely boyfriend an Aussie?
