Declaring 1 for the SNC please. Although I count Sunday too. It's a school night, up early the next day right? So it's really 2 for me :j
Will be an early night for me with my new book The Help. I'm a few chapters in and it's goooood
Fakeplastictwee~I'm the same. As soon as I feel tired, I know I won't drink. My danger time is just as I get in from work. I had an early dinner and helped my son with his ipod, downloading some maths app his friends had been talking about. Took ages to find it! By then, it was jammies time and the bells had stopped :j
XNeed to start again0 -
Evening guys. Thanks for all your good wishes x. Mum had her op today under local anesthetic and was home by teatime. She's a bit sore understandably, but the doctors seem to think it all went well. Was on tenterhooks all day waiting for news, but am much more relaxed now it's done and she's out. Anyway, 1 more AF day today for me making 4 please Shaggy.

1 more for the Jan target please Shaggy and 1 for this week's SNC please Bearacus.
DSD1 came round this evening and when she saw I was drinking lime and soda said "I bet that's because of the publicity about 2 dry days a week, it won't last!" I told her that actually I had been having some AF days for a while now and yes it will last. I have to keep on with it now otherwise I'll never hear the last of it from her!
She says she's going to talk to her Dad about doing the same - good luck with that:(.0 -
Hi All - a slightly easier day for me .....I felt all twitchy about not drinking until about 6.00pm then nothing - not even the slightest pang, so I'm now on 4 AFD's please shaggy and 1 for the SNC please bearacus.
Rachel - so pleased to hear that your Mum's op went well x
I think this is going to be a long week for me but I'm heading in the right direction, just hope I can keep it going now.
