    Hi All

It’s been a week or so since I last posted. I’ve found it so very difficult to climb back on the wagon after the Xmas break…I managed 2 AFD’s last week but that was only because I was driving so couldn’t drink :o. Anyway I’ve spent all day today trying to find some sort of motivation to get back to being AF….if I’m honest the bells are still clanging away but I’m really hoping that once I change my routines they will eventually fall silent again. The thread makes for really positive and inspirational reading right now so I’m hoping to take some direction from all the success stories that you lovely lot are sharing and get back to where I left off in 2011.

Great to ‘see’ you again *Mari* along with all the newbies that have joined over the last couple of weeks. :hello:

fakeplastictwee - :j Fantastic news - shout and shout loud - well done :T

Rachel – so sorry to hear that your Mum has taken a turn for the worse, I hope that this is just a blip and that she rallies soon - take care of you as much as you can through these difficult times x

I’m off to bed now so can declare that I’m AF today so now on 3 AFD’s for January please shaggy and could you put me down for the full monty this week please bearacus.

Well done to everyone on your AFness so far this year and loads of AF vibes for the week ahead

    May xx

What do we do when we fall? We get up, dust ourselves off and start walking in the right direction again. Perhaps when we fall, it is easy to forget there are people along the way who help us stand and walk with us as we get back on track.

Shaggy would it be possible to add me to the list as TF? I don't want to put pressure on myself, but would like to be part of the challenge. At present I am 2 days AF this month.

Oh yes, and today's good news, is that today I recieved a cheque which will pay off the last of my overdraft, so when I've paid that in, it clears, and I cancel my overdraft facility, I'll be debt free. :) Don't want to shout about it too much though.

smiley-bravo.gif I've been debt free for quite awhile now - it's the greatest feeling.

I still have my student loan but I'm not counting that yet as I'm a low earner. Will look into paying some off once I qualify and start to get some piano tuning jobs though.

    This is a good article
