Markman- didn't mean to alarm re:childbearing age!! 36 is way young for breeding- I'm on medication on which under no circumstances can you get pregnant due to birth defects etc (methotrexate) so that's why my days are over!!!
Well I has my planned night out last night- went for a meal with husband and his colleagues- by god scientists are boring en masse!
However I had two halves in the pub (everyone else had pints) a pre dinner cocktail (cocktails two for £3.95- bottled beer 4.95 EACH- go figure!) and wine with dinner (4 glasses at a guess). I drank water in between and ended the night on water and came home and had a coffee so the bottle of White is still unopened in the fridge
Very proud of self and in controlHave nothing in your house that you do not know to be useful or believe to be beautiful.

Because i had been so good for a month, I had a drink, I was tipsy but not paralytic. Woke up remembering the night and enjoyed, didn't get hurt etc. Aiming for monthly drink, but whether I'll succeed wish me luck!

I am really not doing well emotionally and physically. I have no energy to update but will do when I am in a better place. Have had nights where I have drunk, some in control some not!
Angry and sad about everything in life at the moment.
Emotionally drained and have probably spent the last 3 days crying, not bothered with make up at all, no point.
Shaggy please update me to 22 days please.Live for the moment and plan for the future0 -

No energy either, haven't brushed teeth today hair needs washing, can't be bothered to even talk. I have a massive and i mean massive chip on my shoulder and i think its been there since birth, so i really feel for you. In fact about half an hour ago was going to get blotto but managed to pull myself away from the fridge, that's not to say i won't later, the spirit is willing but the body is weak.

I felt this way earlier on today but i remembered that someone here said something along the lines of "drinking won't make the problem disappear or make it better".
In my situation it won't make my husband come home or help me deal with the children better on my own. It will only increase my lonliness, make me feel a failure and make my stomach pains worse. Plus a stinking headache and grumpy mum on the school run.
So another AF. But I am just not in a good place emotionaly, is it ok to admit to looking at depression sites/suicidal thoughts and wanting to run away. I dont know how I am going to cope anymore. Hasten to add, I am not suicidal, just feel it would be easier to not be alive than to feel how I do. I just cant stop crying, like a dripping tap, on off on off.
Sorry for moaning.Live for the moment and plan for the future0 -
41 and know it - if it helps make a hot drink or a cold fizzy something AF and take it to bed with a book. I find getting away from the downstairs or places I normally enjoy a drink helps to focus on staying in control.
Lonlieness is following me from room to room tonight though unfortunately. I know I need to give myself a kick up the bum, but i think i'm stuck in this grieving limboland, whilst putting on a face for the outside world.Live for the moment and plan for the future0
