I made a good start to the week last night.

I'm out to lunch today and I'd normally have a drink (then feel sleepy all afternoon). I'm going to try and be strong and stick to fizzy water. I know it makes sense!0 -
I`m being called boring at work because I wont be drinking when we go out on a Team Xmas Meal this year ( which is what I did last year).
Thing is I dont care as the meal is expensive (about £35) and I will be going straight home afterwards (like I did last year) and the money I save I can spend on me on other things !.
Will I bow to team pressure and drink ??

1 AFD for the SNC Mari. It was easy climbing on the wagon last night and I went to sleep fine but I woke at 3.30 with me mind whirling and never went back to sleep. Ah well, I expect I'll have a great nights sleep tonight:)

Monday's AF target sabotaged by a sip (really, just a sip) of bubbly at 09:30 yesterday morning! It was a celebration of a fabulous £1m in donations which arrived in ONE hour to our charity W0rld Visi0n which helps millions of the world's poorest children survive and thrive. It's the first time we've ever received that level of donation. From 3 very generous families.
