Morning another one to add here please - felt absolutely rubbish yesterday, really thick head, gungy throat, generally short temper to add to the mix - managed another nights sleep that was fine until about 0630 when next door let their nasty yappy little scumbag dog out who yips and barks constantly until they let him back in - which seems to take forever.
Will repeat exercise today as I have another stupid o'clock early start tomorrow for a day in the Midlands.

    Hi all

Came back from V fest yesterday, and as planned no more AF to report :p
Will try to be AF for the rest of the week now
My kids are off to Crete with their Dad for 2 weeks today, so 2 weeks of peace :)

MrsR - As everyone has already said, I really hope this is what can sort him out. Suprised his sis hasn't got in touch yet thou?!?

Cuppa - I am more mad that you are in limbo - I was chatting to a guy at work today, and him and his ex have been in limbo for over a year?!? How can you live like that?

Another to report for me. It's very strange but as I've been feeling off colour since the weekend I've really not fancied a drink at all. I think it may be because I've not been eating very healthily so don't want any extra calories. I'm out to lunch on Thursday and a party Friday so we'll see if normal service is resumed.;)

    11 AFDs for August please.

    Morning All

A little bit of excitement in the Rainman household last night. MrR has downloaded a copy of the Allen Carr Controlling Alcohol Book!!!!! I don't know what caused this, just seemed to come out of the blue. I've told him I'm gonna keep asking him if he's read it yet :D

    Have a nice Wednesday everyone

Wow, that is fantastic news! Sounds like his sis has had a word and he hasn't told you....

I have 1 more AF to add to Aug, so think that makes 5 now.
Have been feeling rubbish since the weekend, lost voice and sore throat from all my singing/shouting lol, so only just really started eating properly
Was tempted to gargle with a JD last night but resisted!

Had a drink tonight, couple of glasses. First for a week so I don't feel bad about it. Got quite a bit of socialising planned for next few days but will be back on wagon as soon as it's over. I'm in control, that's what matters for a cutter-down like me!:)

What do we do when we fall? We get up, dust ourselves off and start walking in the right direction again. Perhaps when we fall, it is easy to forget there are people along the way who help us stand and walk with us as we get back on track.
