    EVERYONE WELCOME
What do we do when we fall? We get up, dust ourselves off and start walking in the right direction again. Perhaps when we fall, it is easy to forget there are people along the way who help us stand and walk with us as we get back on track.

  • Well done on the weight loss Shaggy.
2 AFD's to add for me please.
Its shopping night tonight which usually means a bottle of wine for the evening. I've yet to manage to break the habit, but here's hoping my resolve is strong tonight.

Hi everyone, well done on your weight loss Shaggy, go you!!

MrsR, it does sound like someone has had a word in MrR's ear, hopefully you will learn more soon.

Hi Tracy, hope your feeling better soon.

Things still the same around here, not much else to say.

Has anyone heard from Markman recently, i don't think he's been posting. Hope he is ok.

How did the shopping/afness go last night CC? Was thinking about you. I find those silly little habits hard to let go off too.

Difficult week for me this week. SNC didn't go very well, but have managed Monday, Thursday and Friday AF so not too bad. I'm working over the weekend and for the first time ever I'm on 'out of hours' cover for work which will curb my drinking - will see how it goes !

10 AFD for me for August

Have a good weekend everyone !

MrR's sister is coming round tomorrow. I will be at work which will give her an opportunity to talk to him. I feel a bit sick just thinking about what might be said. He hasn't started his book yet either. I just hope for a positive outcome.

    Have a good weekend everyone

Fingers crossed for you too MrsR. Hopefully she will manage to hit the message home and he'll start reading the book ASAP!

pixiegill, 3 for the SNC isn't too disastrous and you should be able to pick up a few nights in the coming week. Good luck!
