    well done Cleggie!

I'm getting tempted to drink a rather large amount now. DH has been an a** all day. hes in a mood cz when he's on his playstation i have better things to do than sit there watching him play video games all day.

also we were going to have fish pie for tea, then i realised pastry is 23 1/2 syns on slimming world so i said i can't have pastry and he's completely gone off on one. he then realised he'd forgot all the ingredients to the one he wanted to make and the SW one doesn't have cream in it and his exact words were "I'm all for this slimming world but not when its just being ridiculous". tbh, any healthy eating regime will tell you cream and pastry prob aren't the best things to eat if you want to loose weight  he was stomping round saying we may as well just bin everything. I've made it and done what i can but he's sat there moping round.

its like whatever i try and do to better myself, he's just completely against atm. he went off on one when i refused to drink alcohol last night then refused to spend all evening watching him drink.

oh Evilsquid, sorry to hear about your OH being a pain!

Its very hard to lose weight/cut down or stop drinking when the people we live with are not very cooperative. Instead of drinking, why not either have a movie night, or dow hat me and crazymum are doing, plan a pampering night? How many AF days are you on now?

Hi Legs, i am just in the midde of watching my DVD and thought i'd come on and see how everyone is doing this evening. I think they are all off pampering themselves, or keeping busy :)

Making jewellery sounds fun, have a great time! Going back to watch the rest of my DVD now!

    5 Af please Shaggy
The bells were ringing tonight but i resisted and just busied myself for a wee while then went to have a bath. Also knowing that im drinking tomorrow is an 'incentive' not to drink tonight if you know what i mean.
Went back to fat class tonite, only put on pound and half over Xmas/new year so well pleased with that. Before i head out tomorrow for lunch, plan to make a couple of pots of WW soup. I only have 11 pounds to go before i reach my goal weight, i know 11 pounds sounds alot but already ive lost over 3 and half stone so another 11 pounds isnt that much really
Have a good weekend everyone x

Blimey mackeroo your weight loss is incredible...well done you :T
legsand that was a far too cool and confident post - well done indeed for a Friday night :j
evilsquid I'm feeling for you - really I am. My DH is sitting in the kitchen drinking large amounts of whisky and talking philosophical !!!!!.....I am absolutely desperate to drink. I have sat unmoving in the sitting room....eaten a bag of minty aero things a bag of pistachios, crisps, ice cream....I am not going to be beaten by this one but boy is it tricky.
Just going to watch eastenders....avoid the kitchen at all costs and then go to bed.
cleggie - well done you, I don't think I can make the pamper evening as I can't really do anything much this evening except think about drinking, eat, think about drinking, watch tv.

But......I'm remembering just how good the mornings feel :)

Be strong all those who need to be.....and for all of you bad bad drinking people.....have a very large one for me ;)
  • Evening.

Well I've been out to move mum. Stopped at the chippy restaurant on the way home with the BF and had one bottle of becks. Now tonight wasn't my planned drinking night, so I don't think I'm going to hit my target now as we're all going for a meal on Sunday (although I don't have to drink!). However, I'm not gonna beat myself up over it as it was one beer, I feel fine and I know it won't affect me tomorrow. This is how I'm aiming to drink in the long run. Anyway we'll see how the rest of the weekend goes.

Looks like you're all having successful evenings! Keep at it guys :) xx
