Good morning all, popping in bright and early to add another AF day yesterday, so that's a total of 4 for July so far. I had to take DH to the airport so I was up at 5.00 and back at 6. So now I'd better crack on with the day!
    Trying to keep in budget.

I gave up smoking about 9 months ago and, while it's obviously very difficult, it's much more socially acceptable to be a non- or ex- smoker than an ex-drinker, in my experience. Bit weird that, isn't it!

4 AFDs in total for me please shaggy

What do we do when we fall? We get up, dust ourselves off and start walking in the right direction again. Perhaps when we fall, it is easy to forget there are people along the way who help us stand and walk with us as we get back on track.

Agreed. While giving up smoking was by no means easy, I think it would be much easier to go back to drink than nicotine. For me, alcohol is cunning, baffling, powerful, and patient.
And more relationships and lives are wrecked by drinking. You don't often lose you job and end up homeless because of smoking, but it happens to some because of drinking.

I used to find it awkward to be a non-drinker, but not any more. It gets easier over time. If people have a problem with me not drinking, it's their problem, not mine.

Moving house today - need to keep calm and relaxed.
