PLEASE PUT YOUR AFDs IN A BOLD RED FONT and good luck! (and if I've made any mistakes, don't be shy, please let me know!)

    EVERYONE WELCOME
What do we do when we fall? We get up, dust ourselves off and start walking in the right direction again. Perhaps when we fall, it is easy to forget there are people along the way who help us stand and walk with us as we get back on track.

Well I didn't just have 1 spritzer I had a bottle of wine - in spritzer form. This was bad. I need to do better. No fuzzy head but I did have some odd dreams. Also broke my own rule of no booze the night before work. No excuse I simply didn't stop - 3 very large glasses and that was it bottle gone.

    20 please, Shaggy,thanks

Hiya 40SM - hope everything is OK with you and your boys?

Misslr - yes, sounds about right in my house too, 3 glasses then that's the end of the bottle!

I actually managed to go without wine this weekend, because I realised that if I'd had some, I would have missed my target for this month, and I'd added up the units already had this month and they were mounting up too rapidly. So kept myself busy and was determined to do it. I feel extremely alert today - I do like this feeling!

    19 for me please
decided that I had been a little enthusiastic about the number of days I was going to drink - I didn't drink on as many days over the bank holiday weekend as I had anticipated. Still shattered from spending the weekend in the fresh air and on my feet

Another 7 AFDs for me please. Been really struggling this month. The numbers look ok 14/26 but the bells have been terrible and I've been drinking at home (and alone) again including a big swig from the whisky bottle when I was washing up :eek:eeeek.
I can't work out whether I've just let my guard slip or if I'm falling back on the booze to blot out the other stuff. Had a terrible night last week when when DH turned the whole house upside down - drawers out, cupboards emptied, washing basket turned over - looking for crisps that he claimed I'd hidden from him. CRISPS - I ask you - and of course screaming and shouting all the time.
