What do we do when we fall? We get up, dust ourselves off and start walking in the right direction again. Perhaps when we fall, it is easy to forget there are people along the way who help us stand and walk with us as we get back on track.

Blimey that is proper pants evilsquid1603 although the job closer to home is of course a good thing!
Finally woke up today and not feeling sick so we shall see if the matter continues - do however feel like I need about 6 more hours sleep! Fat chance of that. Blowing a gale and howling with rain - what a glorious English summer. I get to spend the whole weekend on an airfield in this weather - good thing skin is waterproof!

evilsquid - Well done with the job. You obviously have a lot to cope with at the mo so well done with the AF'ness.

Tracy_36 - You're being sociable rather than getting drunk, and that's the difference. Well done for staying in control.

Nice to hear you're feeling better missrlr.

All the good work has been undone this week (surprise, surprise).

Taking BabyR swimming this afternoon, and it's free thanks to the British Gas swim vouchers :D

    Have a happy friday everyone

Well I must confess I was not AF last night, but did stick to a couple of glasses of Rose (not finishing a bottle is quite a challenge :o ) so I do feel a little pleased!

de1amo Well done on the weight loss and have a fab weekend away :)

mrsrainman Sorry to hear MrR has not been as good this week, but hope you and babyR had a fab time swimming :D

missrlr Can I be nosy and ask what you do? You seem to be at airports a lot! Hope you don't get too wet ;)

 To everyone else, hope you have a great Saturday!

Right I'm off for a run now, please just let it stay dry for the next hour or so!

    Hello again everyone.

Just popping on to say today is now my 3rd month AF.

Can't say I'm missing it really, feel great without it and this is the longest now I've gone without a drink I reckon.

Off I go towards the 4th month now. I wanted to wish you all the best with your own personal challenges and you'll get there
