2AF days to add for me so far this week please.
Not doing as well as I had planned, but the evenings I've had a drink have been much more controlled (just 2 glasses of wine).
Hope everyone is recovering from being poorly!Debt Free Date: November 20170 -

Have been reading about all your goodness, yet I am stuck on 8 AF for June
Why is it that when in a new relationship alcohol is heavily involved - wine with dinner, quick beer for lunch etc etc
I haven't gone back to what I was drinking, but sure I would be nearly at target if I was single?!?!?
Oh well, it's not as if I am out getting drunk, 2 beers last night, 2 the night before. Need to make an effort, as really, do I really need to drink?
And the sickness thing, I have had waves of it for 5 days, and today so far has been ok......
Hope all ok

Hi Everyone
Just a flying post to report 8 AF please Shaggy.
Really struggled this eve but managed to remain AF, i had that bottle of wine in and out the fridge more times than i can count! However its safely back in the fridge with the lid still sealed. Yay. A wee small victory in the fight to be a 'cutter downer'.It’s not what you have in your life but who you have in your life that counts0 -
hi everyone!
sorry I've been MIA, life has been hectic recently.
i got a job that involved getting up at 5.30am every morning and not getting home again til 7.30pm, then a week later found a better one closer to home so I've had two first weeks at a new job one after the other.
then in the middle of all this, MIL decided to try suicide twice so I've been helping her and being there for DH.
surprisingly, i haven't been drinking. i had one work night out but I've been either too exhausted or needing to be sober to deal with any more carp that i knew would come my way the second i was too drunk to deal with it. i do really want one though. although i just want one JD and coke, mostly because it will mean sitting down somewhere quiet with no stress and distractions while i drink it!0 -
Morning :hello:
2 more AFDs.
It's Friday :j
Have a Great one!
ShaggyxWhat do we do when we fall? We get up, dust ourselves off and start walking in the right direction again. Perhaps when we fall, it is easy to forget there are people along the way who help us stand and walk with us as we get back on track.0 -
