Right! New MSE forumite subscribing to this thread! Making over my life with debts to pay off, and weight to lose (which I'll add to my sig in a mo). Also applying for teacher training very soon, so career development beckons as well! Would love to have lost a few lbs by the time interviews roll around, helping me feel my best....

Will have a read through this thread and be having a good clear out of my cupboards and a supermarket shop tomorrow - well, making use of storecupboard to be MoneySaving, but I have a meal plan ready to go with lots of healthy dishes on it.

I have a lot of weight to lose, done every diet in the book, and just need to cut the crap and do some exercise!

Look forward to reading about everyone's achievements x

Welcome to less of you sparklychar :rotfl:

sparklychar I tried the sugar free Polo's once. And only once. They're disgusting! _pale_. Will give tic tacs a try, not sure what they cost which I have to take into consideration too, packs of 5 tubes of Polo's in @sd@ and half the price of anywhere else. Thanks for the suggestion, will let you know how I get on with them

B - spicy, fruity porridge, ss milk
L - last of the chicken and leek soup. Rf cheese toasty with no spread, didn't need it with the cheese but a smattering of pickle
D - lean bacon, egg, mushrooms, onion, slice WW wm toast
S - 2-bar KitKat :o with coffee at meeting (it was free!). Melon, nectarine, 1/2 nana, veg batons
E - 1x10 mins done, upstairs cleaned, kitchen swished
Had to get up at silly o'clock for a meeting (don't usually do single figures in the mornings ;)) so me'n'the mutt are going to have a wee siesta
    Have a sunny afternoon :)
  • Well done to all losers and STSers. :j:j Have to report an STS again for me this week, but after a really bad couple of days last weekend and it was DH's birthday yesterday I suppose an STS isn't too bad. Hopefully a loss next week
