Hmm, a Christmas target? Well, I certainly won't be able to keep to strict healthy eating in the run up to Christmas!

    I'll aim for 11 stones 7.

Well done everyone on today's losses and STS!

I popped in to see my grandparents today and unfortunately got FED...so I had a tinned salmon sandwich, a packet of crisps , three () rich tea biscuits AND a slice of bread and jam to taste their next door neighbour's homemade plum jam!:eek: oops :o

When I came home from my holidays in the third week in August I weighed in at 18st.4lbs. this morning I am dead on 17 stone and hope to be around 16.4 by the 11th December when I see my surgeon again. As long as I lose around 1 lb a week I shall do it.My diet nurse at the clinic is monitoring me .It started at once a week now its every three weeks.I am very pleased with my progress.I have given up bread completely now and honestly don't miss it at all..Sticking to three meals a day and only fruit in between and only two cups of tea a day but lots of iced water has helped no end.I'm not feeling hungry at all really perhaps my tummy is shrinking :):) I hope so anyway.Getting my BMI down to a reasonable level means I will get my reconstruction op,hopefully in the spring. It was too dangerous to do it before. My clothes are feeling a lot looser than they were and I have dropped to a size 22 which is still a lot but so much better than 26/28.New clothes for me for Christmas I am hoping :):).
keep up the good work chums we will beat it :):):).My 'weeble 'look will become a thing of the past

Another 1lb lost this week, and when I got on the wii fit this morning it said I am now within the ideal range, rather than overweight! I was over the moon with that, although I still have a bit to go before I get to my ideal weight. Well done to all the losers and STSers.

Last weekend was pretty bad food wise, but we did have over three hours walking round the local wildlife park on Sunday. I had sausage in batter and half a portion of chips from the chippy on Saturday, then on Sunday we went to mcd's and OH and I had a cheeseburger, large fries and a regular chocolate milkshake (which is better than the double cheeseburger and large milkshake we would normally have, lol), and were determined to not have a mcflurry, but my niece insisted on treating us to a maltesers 1 each. I also had 2 bakewell tarts, 2 and a half chocolate covered biscuits, and 2 chocolate digestives from the 'naughty' cupboard at work.

Went to a quiz night earlier in the week, and had half a small pack of peanuts and about 10 maltesers, plus 2 vodka and cokes (I didn't ask for diet coke so I'm assuming it was normal coke), but as I only had a ham sandwich for 'dinner', as we didn't have much time to get ready when we got home, that wasn't too bad.
