Just thought I'd mention - bought 4 tins of Roses/Celebrations today (2 tins for £7 in Mr M)
, they're in the cool back bedroom ready for C-word presents. They don't tempt me at all - but if they were full of cheese instead of chocolate they'd never have made it up the stairs!

Evening all
Brunch: mince/veg toastie (using up LOs lol), glass of orange juice
Dinner: mince with red peppers and flatbread, grapes
Snacks: banana (x2), cup of tea (no sugar)
Exercise: walked 1.5 miles
Hmm.. Didn't realise that I hadn't eaten a lot today. Maybe that's why I was too tired to exercise.OS Weight Loss Challenge... 3.5/100 -
Pleased to report -2
Feels good to see the scales moving again!
Feels slightly depressing though that the only way I seem to be able to lose weight is to virtually skip lunchoh well - I suppose we all have to do what works for us.
Good luck everyone!0 -

Looks like everyone is doing well this week!
After STS last week and being stuck in a car with only sausage rolls for company for 18 hours, I really really worked hard to stay good this week. I had a sneaky peak Monday to see what damage had been done and I'd gone up 2however... I just had to double check my scales six times in different places because they say that since Monday I have lost 5 lbs!! Making my weight loss since last weigh in 3lbs VERY PLEASED.
I think looking back, I haven't changed the eating but my exercise mentality has changed. There have been a couple of times where I have had a spare half hour, and instead of slobbing out as normal, I've just stuck on the Wii and done my Just Dance even if it is just for 2 minutes. And I've been completely honest - so making sure that the beers I had last night were counted and logged so that I know what I have to do to get rid of them.
Plan today to take my dog for a 3 mile walk to pick up my car rather than get dropped off there, and then second beer festival! (Maybe beer is the answer.....)

YAAAAYYYYY!!! 82.5 Kg today! And.... (TMI alert, avert your eyes if you are a sensitive soul) that was before going to the bathroom!
Intuitive eating and remaining sensible has worked for me this week obviously.
Here is the plan for today:
B. poached eggs on spinach, hm slice of bread
L. Salad with cheese, Ryvita with seed spread and tsp hm jam
D. Bean veg and barley soup, yogurt with fig and seeds
S. almonds and nuts
Exercise: bracing myself or an outdoor bootcamp in the cold morning weather (at least it is sunny!).
Enjoy the day xFinally I'm an OAP and can travel free (in London at least!).0 -
Well done on weight losses xxxxI must not fear. Fear is the mind-killer.
Fear is the little-death that brings total obliteration.
I will face my fear. I will permit it to pass over and through me. When it has gone past I will turn the inner eye to see its path.
When the fear has gone there will be nothing. Only I will remain.0
