Anyway I would like to try again if you don't mind. I am not sure when the new challenge ends but I want to try and lose 14lbs before Christmas (more if possible because I have alot of weight to lose). I weighed in this morning and will weigh again on Friday and post any change.

We are in the 2nd week RS, it finishes on the weekend of the 20th December - so I will add you for 14 pounds!

OK, I'll probably weight myself on Saturday. Then I'll have been cutting down for 13 days. Should I come up with a target? I quite wanted to be at or under 12 stones by the start of November. Obv, I want to be lower than that overall but I thought that could be a start.

Not a good day today as we stuck to our traditional cooked breakfast after our dentist appointment!

few mini shredded wheat and ss milk

bacon, sausage, egg, fried bread, baked beans

veggie ready meal waiting for me later

Frith the current challenge is up to the weekend of the 20th December, if you want to join in just let me know what you think you can lose by then and I will add you to the challenge list :D, you don't need to say how much you weigh just let me know losses *cough* or gains *cough* each weekend!

Completely veering off again :( yesterday I followed meal plan except ended up having some hot chocolate (made with low calorie soya milk) and a small bar of Green and Blacks in the evening.

Today I ended up coming home from work sick, still feeling rotten, and have slept all afternoon.

B - strawberries and banana with soya yogurt (ate about half)
L - bowl of cereal (not as planned but felt rough and needed to eat something with my painkillers)
D - making mashed potato which I will have with tuna and peas. Weird combination but I fancy it as a 'recovery' meal much more than the weightwatchers piri piri chicken I had planned. Will have that tomorrow.

Hopefully not TOO bad today. The cereal at lunchtime can't be more calories than the cous cous salad I had planned, but the dinner will be more calories than the weightwatchers meal I planned.

Still, a sneaky weigh this morning tells me I am still the same as Friday morning - didn't gain anything over the weekend, which is good.

Hope everyone else is doing ok x

I've been Money Tipped! Debt-free and Proud!
I had a HUGE baked potato with a mountain of beans and cheese..it was LUSH!! :D

But you know that feeling when you have a massive meal and when its finished you dont feel like you even ate anything because you are still hungry?
    Yup, that happened!

Never mind, not going to carry on eating for no reason.

About to have a cup of hot choc, as soon as i have been to tesco to get some milk :)

Trying to get back to normal today...have been for a walk, and eaten a bit better

    B: muesli, ss milk, sultanas
L: 2 slices wholemeal with low cal spreading cheese
D: salad (but added grated cheese :o) microwave chips
S: left over strawberries and cream

I am *this* close to going back to how I used to eat, just a few days off track can make me lose focus...I know I can't though, I'm not ready to give up.
The most annoying thing is that even though I've eaten more than normal, mfp says I've been eating my maintenance calories, so why was I two and a half pounds up this morning? I should have been the same as last week! Why doesn't it come off as fast? :rotfl:

Well there go my carefully laid plans for dinner :( it was supposed to be grilled sausages and mash tonight but as I decided to visit grandparents, I was [STRIKE]forced[/STRIKE] told to have some chicken soup.. So I had half a bowl with a slice of bread. It wasn't filling at all, which meant I ended up having I half a chicken panini when I got home (with cheese :o ) not very healthy so I'm feeling quite deflated.

I thought "quite deflated" was the look we were going for? :rotfl:

Please can I ask you ladies a slightly personal question?

Those of you who are overweight or obese, and of the right age.....do you still get periods?

My sister just really upset me. I was moaning that I haven't got one yet since stopping taking the pill and I am worried that I will struggle to conceive. She said the most likely reason is my weight (she is a student doctor).

Ok I am just in the obese category, but I am not THAT overweight. You see women much fatter than me pregnant and with babies. I knew I wanted to lose weight before trying for a baby but I was just thinking about having a healthy pregnancy; I wasn't thinking it would actually stop me conceiving. Now I am faced with worrying maybe I am too fat to be fertile?! I actually feel so upset and like crying. My sister tried to say 'it is a positive thing because it is easy to do something about it'....what does she know, she has never been bigger than a Size 6 :( sitting here having a bit of a cry now :(
