Hello allHope everyone is well.
I wonder if I can rejoin and go for a total of 5lbs to lose this time please Ms KW? My weight keeps fluctuating which is really annoying, I wish the scales would hurry up and realise I want to lose weight and they need to give me encouragement! :rotfl:0 -
Brunch - two slices HM malted grain bread with plum and ginger jam
Snack - handful macademia nuts; five fresh dates
Dinner - chicken with lentils - a new low-cal recipe I got off the BBC Good Food website
Exercise includes washing the kitchen floor again - I made HM jam yesterday and spilt some while ladling it into jars and, despite having washed the floor four times with various substances, it's still sticky. My DM has suggested sprinkling a very small amount of talc on it, which will be attempt five to get rid of the stickiness!

I started off at 11st 12lbs, and got down to 11st 2lbs in 7 months, and i have just weighed myself again today (2 months after the last time-i dont weigh often and dont own scales) and i have lost 3lbs..bringing me to just under 11st for the first time in AGES!!
7lbs to go and then i'll be in the normal category for my height!

We had a very late night yesterday so I didn't have a chance to post, as well as a busy day today.. so here I am!
Yesterday:
Dinner: grilled chicken, orange juice and a few chips(by 'few', I mean maybe 9 or 10!)
Snacks: Fruit smoothie, Capri-Sun drink
Exercise: walked 4 miles
I was very good yesterday - we went to a cafe and whilst the others had cakes, muffins, ice creams and cheesecake, I ordered the smoothie which was delicious! Later on, we were at a restaurant and although the chicken i had was grilled.. I couldn't resist a few chips
Didn't get to bed till 2.00 so I'm exhausted today, hence the low amount of exercise.
Brunch: small bowl Fruit and Fibre
Snacks: banana, funsize pear, corn on the cob (no butter)
Dinner: will be rice with maybe a piece of chicken and salad
Exercise: only walked two miles
I hope to do better tomorrow.OS Weight Loss Challenge... 3.5/100 -
