Wow SIRENS...3.5 lbs, well done! :T

Patience daisiegg, Pollybear's right, there's one more week to go :)

I could eat my left arm today, I just want to stuff my face! :o
It's only half past 3, and I'm ready for my evening meal!
I'm not even that hungry, I just want a day off being good
(actually I want a whole weekend off :rotfl:...my grand master plan was to lose 2 lbs today, and then relax a bit over the weekend...but I didn't, so I shouldn't :))

I'm thinking very small portion of lasagne with heap of veggies tonight...will try and keep it under control, because I can see me going off track a bit this weekend!

If you could live one day of your life over again, which day would you choose?

Daisiegg and everyone - I am starting to take sign ups for the next challenge from tomorrow, the last weigh in for the current challenge is next weekend (the new challenge starts a week tomorrow but I know people weigh in right over the weekend so you can get the final scores on the doors on the 30th )

Edit to say - the next one runs for 12 weeks (and then I give you a fortnight off for Yule/Christmas and New Year/Hogmanay!!)

:D sign me up please! Not sure what is a sensible amount to aim for. I think I will say 10lbs as that takes me back to under my wedding weight (how horrendous to have gained 10lbs in 6 months!!!!! :( ) I will secretly be hoping to lose more than that though...but for the challenge let's say 10. Thank you!

Could you sign me up, please? I'm going to say 10 lbs, I hope that's ok. :)

In other news, I had a great day today, stuck to my guns despite the delicious scent of doughnuts doing it's best to lure me in.. I CAN do this :D

I hope everyone had a wonderful day x

    Hello

I'd like to sign up for the next challenge too if I may? I'd love to lose 10lbs from my current 10st 8lbs by Christmas and get back to where I was this time last year, and into the clothes I was wearing then too :j

Ideally Id lose an additional 5lbs on top of that, but that's maybe for the new year.

I've put on a bit of weight this year due to a period of ill health after stopping smoking, meaning I wasn't able to be as active as usual and was looking for more nibbles than usual

I like the look of this thread as it seems that it will let me eat my usual home cooked food with a few modifications. I'm planning to try to calorie count using MFP, and was aiming at about 1300 t0 1400 calories a day for a slow loss. Does that sound OK?

I tried SW but haven't had much success as I think the focus on fruit and veggies has stirred up what are normally very mild ibs/diverticulitis type problems. So I'm looking into which veggies and fruit I can increase volumes of without making other things worse....:(

Im not the best at posting regularly, but think the weekly weigh in post will help me!

    Thanks
    T
