Hello all.
Not been doing too bad this week, although yesterday was a total blow out. Inches are coming off again rather than pounds
However, there is a plan at my work for a show called Carnaby Street - they want staff to dress up for one night in 60's attire. I found a long, psychedelic type pattern skirt in my drawer that I've never worn, and tried it on. It needed about 2 inches taken in! *jaw drop*0 -

Love your encouraging replies ellie
B - F&F, ss milk, ff yogurt
D - jacket, chilli and cheese, green salad, no dressing. Only ate half
T - crackerbread, 1xrf cheese/pickle, 1xvegemite, 1xmarmalade
S - grapes, 1/2 nana, stick of celery
E - 2x10 mins, h,l,s and porch
Someone, can't remember who, asked a while back what I do with the other half of banana, well of course I replied I eat it next day, but my other reason is I buy quite long ones so it lasts two days. Gram for gram it works out fractionally cheaper, and I'll go to quite some lengths, if you'll pardon the pun, to save a penny!
Sweet dreams0 -

Every pounds off is a good pound in my estimation! (oh I will do the updated list again in the morning just in case we have any more weigh ins to come)Must use my stash up!0 -
Aww...thank you sparrer...:)
You know, I think I'm finally "getting it" more than ever before.
I get that I have one body and it's up to me to look after it as best I can...I FINALLY get that comfort food doesn't give me any comfort...I'm get that if I choose high calorie food (like a fish supper, for instance) as a "treat", I'm not really treating my body at all...I get that the pleasure of eating a "treat" food is nothing compared to the pleasure of pulling on a size 12 pair of jeans
All perfectly obvious thoughts, but it's taken me a long time to really believe it. Not saying I'm an expert on it, but I think if I can eat with these beliefs for 5 or 6 days every week, I will slowly lose the weight.
Right now I'm convinced I can do it...that's not to say there haven't been times in the past when I've felt like that, and then given up...but hey, when you're feeling optimistic you've got to make the most of it, right? I feel like I'm finally getting it under control
(And my ex is STILL trying to phone me, so that just spurs me on! :rotfl:)

Hi Mrs K W. I wasn,t going to post a weigh in this week as I've away at the weekend but I noticed that you are posting the final list for the week today. So I hope that it's ok if I declare a loss for the week of 0.5lbs.0
