Thanks Knit Witch and fozziebeartoo.
Knit Witch, well done on hitting your target so early in the challenge :T
Sue14..I like your diet
I was so despondent a few weeks ago when nothing was shifting, now I'm more positive that I can keep going.
Can anybody else remember what they weighed at all different times in their life? I can, and what it felt like
So I only need to lose half a stone until I get to my first of those "targets"...I'll get there eventually.
Today I've lost 25% of the total I need to lose
If you could live one day of your life over again, which day would you choose?0 -
Well done Ellie! :T:T:T Sometimes the weight seems to just sit there no matter what we do, but I'm so pleased that yours has decided to go!
Also - Well done all the other 'losers' :T:T:T
Little Miss Wii told me this morning that my weight had decreased since last time, but not enough to make a whole lb, so I'll wait until next week when hopefully she will tell me I have lost a bit more. So officially STS this week.

Hi all
Wont be weighing in this weekend, I had early start today, early start tomorrow, and then car boot so early start Sunday too!
Horrific day today! Back to work and we have kids shows on - Disney have basically taken over the entire building. Proper authentic, original show too, not too much cheese (I enjoyed it, I'm such a big kid) :rotfl:
Anyway some terrible food choices made, and I only had a 10 minute lunch break so it was grab n go for the most part!
Then got home and DM in her wisdom had been cleaning, amongst other things, she'd wiped down the inside of the fridge. In doing so she'd taken my meals and stuff I had on the shelf for defrosting and put them back into the freezer! So that meant takeaway which was another bad choice but tbh I didnt have the energy to cook!
Early night for me again tonight, wd to all the losers. x0 -
Hi All
I've just got in but I weighed myself this morning and I had lost -2 lb .. so I am really glad as I wasn't sure with me having been on steroids..
Well done to everyone who lost weight... and especially well done to you Ellie ... I am a long way off to not being obese but one day it will be my turn
Have a good weekend, ladies :beer:0 -

I dont think today is going to be a good eating day, since I have been awake since 3.45am......
And that gives me SO much longer than usual, in which to stuff my face!
:rotfl:
Yesterday was okay, especially since I had both OH and DGS (aged 3 1/2) to lead me from the straight and narrow.
B - granola
L - ham wrap and 115g of a HUGE farm shop Cornish Pastry.....it could have been worse, the whole pasty was 320g!!
S - 1/2 a full fat farm made yohurt
(Better not go to that farm shop again, too much yumminess available)
S - 1/3 of a teeny weeny itsy bitsy Graze flapjack (80 calories for that)!!
T - oven baked fish and 100g of chips (5 and 1/2 big
chips :rotfl:)
S - very thin slice of black forest gateau
500ml milk
So a lot of naughtiness for me yesterday, but in small amounts, and portion control is what I am trying to achieve.
Came in at 1515 calories.0 -

Well done on all the losses, peeps!
Oh fozzie, did you have to mention Cornish pasties? I've got to go up to the shop in a bit, just for some boring-but-necessary things, and now I want to get a pasty while I'm there.
Sorry to be a pain, Knit Witch, but can I change my total for this week, please? The scales are showing a 1lb loss this morning, and obviously I'd far rather have that than yesterday's STS!
Today goes:
Brunch - scrambled eggs with smoked trout and three rye crispbreads with a scraping of butter
Snack - chopped nectarine with a small amount of honey yoghurt
Dinner - spicy bean burritos, made with wholemeal wraps and a small amount of cheese (I'll use the last little bit of the decent stuff I bought at a farmers' market last month, so I won't be tempted to use more than I should). And a couple of glasses of wine as the bottle's open from last night.
And no Cornish pasties, in any way whatsoever.Back after a very long break!0
