    Afternoon

+lb this week :( I was tempted not to post but it's only myself I'd be cheating.....I had one piece of cheesecake last Saturday lunchtime, put on 3lb by Sunday and it's taken me all week to get 2 of them off again. How is that fair? Feeling really despondent today, bloated and a bit queasy. Maybe it's just all gas :rotfl:

I keep reminding myself what it was like before I started losing weight and I don't want to go back there again. It's a long way back and it's tempting to think a pound or two doesn't matter but it's a slippery slope, I know. I want to lose a few more not put them back on again.

    Onwards and downwards...

I have dropped 2 lbs since yesterday!

So that's a 2 lb loss, and one of those pounds is a VIP (a Very Important Pound)...that is, the pound which drops me down into the next stone, and means I'm no longer obese, I'm just overweight :D

I'm never going back up to 13st again!
Now...to try and keep it off over the weekend...
  • STSfor me this morningwhich is fine with me as I have eaten way too much this last week.

Congratulations to the losers and welcome fuddle!

On the size issue I am a classic pear shape (a very BIG pear) and find that I am different sizes in different shops too. I find that the sizes from stuff from Very fit the best so tend to buy alot of my stuff from there.

    Food today:
Breakfast: cup of tea and Natures best cereal bar
Lunch: half a jacket potato with cheese and onion, small portion of waldorf salad and a couple of bites of a cheese baguette (DD's leftover)
Dinner tonight will be coconut prawn curry from the Hairy Dieters cookbook, followed by natural yoghurt and strawberries.

  • Hi everyone
R.S hope your health problems get sorted out. I know its a bit late but virtual hugs from me.
After so many gains and STS I decided to go back to basics this week and use MFP again. Glad to say that it worked and I've lost 1.5lbs this week. Sadly it only takes me back to where I started at the beginning of the challenge but at least its going in the right direction again. Have a good weekend everyone

I'm pleased to report that the slight pig out on my birthday, and the chocolate cake (not to mention the two 131 cals each chocolate chip cookies), have resulted in a loss of 2lbs this week, which makes up for the STS last week. :j

We have been good with the cake, and still have another piece each to have tonight, then we can have a rest until next week when it is OH's birthday, and we will probably get another one.
