Ooooo.......I can smilie again!!

I am pleased with how yesterday went for me, 1566 calories and I just wanted to get under 2000 as it was my 1st day back from an indulgent weekend away.
I also managed to include ALL my milk used in my calorie count.
I am a total tea-aholic and use enormous mugs and I was very conveniently convincing myself that I was using a splash of milk in each mug......
WRONG!!
Cuppas and a bowl of cereal yesterday added up to 1/2 a litre
:eek::rotfl::eek:
Yesterday was:-
B - granola
S - pineapple spear
L - Finncrisps and butter
S - Nectarine
T - Oven fish and chips
And in a evening, a slice of black forest gateauthankfully the rest is now safely frozen and therefore inaccessible (unless I get desperate).
Hope everyone has a good day!0 -

WRONG!!
Me too! I'm sure I underestimate the milk in my huge mug
I wish we could get a definitive answer on whether you should drink water, or whether lots of tea does the same job. I never saw people going round with water bottles when I was young!savesummore wrote: »

I'd like to see this, but I also like watching New Tricks on BBC1...I wish the bbc would start a plus 1 channel, like ch 4 and ch 5.
Had an okaaay day foodwise. DS was suddenly sent away to work (at 4am!) and won't be back until Fri/Sat. So I immediately went into my "I'm on my own and free to do whatever I want" mode :rotfl:
So I put all the meat I'd bought for him in the freezer, and decided I was craving a cheese and onion quiche, coleslaw and oven chips...I know it's high calorie, so I tried to be good by walking to the SM to buy it (every little helps!)
I'm a little over...debating whether to go for another little walk, not that keen though.
Fridays weigh in is important for me personally, so I want to make an effort, and need to counteract last weekends disaster
If you could live one day of your life over again, which day would you choose?0
