    Can I join in please?

I have been using SW as an excuse to eat too much "free" food and I just HAVE to get a grip on my portion sizes.

So old fashioned calorie counting for me, with a bit of Rosemary Conley portion pots thrown in.

    I had lost 11 lbs......

But a weekend away in a nice hotel with OH has seen me re-find 3 of them!

    So currently 14 - 8, down from 15 - 2.

Sorry for lack of smilie waves but MSE wont let me use them at the moment.....common problem I think at the mo!

Great to see you Fozziebeartoo and well done on your loss so far!

Do you want to join in the challenge? We have 7 weeks left this time around :o

    Thank you!

Would love to join in a weighing challenge......as opposed to an excercise challenge.

    Lazy wotsit??? Me???

    lol

I would be very happy if I could lose 9lbs in 7 weeks......VERY happy!!

That would take me to 13 - 13 and I would be very pleased to see the back of 14's appearing on my scales!

My weigh-in day is Weds so I will update then, if thats okay?

D - not sure yet - it was meant to be Thai veg noodles with smoked tofu but I'm not sure if my stomach could cope with the spices so I may change my mind and have something easier to digest

Dinner will be the height of gourmet cuisine - scampi, chips and baked beans. Ah well! ;)

  • hello all

sorry I've been MIA - was really busy yesterday with car boot, made a whopping £70 so was well chuffed with that! Organised garage when we got back (sorted out more things to sell lol) and had car to wash/hoover afterwards.

However today I am feeling it as I havent been too good since this afternoon (about 5 hours now) - lying in bed trying to rest and got this migraine type headache plus various cramps. Drinking plenty of water but also have gone over calories with lovely yummy comfort food....bleh.

Will resume tomorrow feeling better hopefully. x

7 weeks left, KW... that's good, hopefully can be near target by then :)

Had much less to eat today...trying to make up for yesterday!
I too feel a bit *off*..I think eating a big portion of greasy food affects me nowadays...and my legs also feel a bit, em...wibbly :o

No real exercise today, just pottering about at home (waiting in for a car part delivery for DS2, he doesn't even live here, but mum's always handy lol)...I have the attention span of a demented gnat at the moment...done some washing, ironing, weeding, cleaning, bit of paperwork...in no particular order, jumping from thing to thing. It's not very time efficient, but at least some stuff gets done!

If you could live one day of your life over again, which day would you choose?

    Morning all.

It looks like yesterday's green feeling was a bug, as I mentioned it to a colleague this morning and she said she spent yesterday feeling exactly the same. Fingers crossed no-one else gets it.

B - small portion of strawberry cereal with honey yoghurt (only a small portion as the yoghurt is full fat, not fat-free which I usually buy. I really wanted honey flavour and full fat was all they had, so that was what it had to be!)
L - two slices of walnut bread with no butter, small slice of blue brie, cucumber sticks, nectarine
D - quick spicy bean and tomato stew (featuring some HG French beans :j)

Then it's pub quiz night tonight, but I'll be sensible on the alcohol front after yesterday's unwellness.

ajt85 - welcome to the thread!

glad to hear it wasnt just me feeling icky and stuff yesterday! after ten hours sleep (!) I feel much better, but still in bed for the time being.

out this afternoon and few odd jobs to do today plus some prep for the bbq I'm having tomorrow, so no meal plan made - just eating as and when possible.

have a good day all x
