Morning, well as per normal I have pigged out all weekend and put on 3lb since Friday. So again as per usual I'm going to try my best to lose that and another lb. why I do it to myself I don't know, I also had fish and chips! Didn't do any exercise either, so back on that today too x0

Copy/pasting because it's easier than keep losing posts
B - orange
D - chicken salad. Apple
T - crackerbread with vegemite/Brie/marmalade (scrapes of)
S - celery/carrot batons/melon
D(rinks) - only allowing myself one cup of tea morning & evening, otherwise water. I drink gallons of tea - kettle never gets cold! - so trying to cut down on it, it will save on milk, tea and elec and hopefully be better for me
E - done bedroom, bedding in wm, bed airing before putting fresh linen on. Inside windows/frames, front garden. Gotta keep moving!

Sorry I haven't weighed in for a while ... will make sure I get sorted for this week.
I am currently re-doing the house so all thoughts for healthy eating is going out of the window, however after being told both my dogs are over weight we will be starting running again next week ... I just need this week to get organised

Hi everyone
I also typed a really long post yesterday and lost it!
Im so fed up today- fed up of being on a diet (and failing) fed up of having to say i cant eat this or have that, fed up of filling in MFP, fed up of my job...........just fed up in general which is not a good frame of mind for weight loss!
Im sure it will pass
Today:
B: Museli, s/s milk, strawberries, blueberries
S: Banana
L: HM tuna pasta salad, greek muller corner
S: apple, 2 x satsumas
T: Jacket tata, butter, salad, prawns
Cant say for sure that i wont shove the biggest bar of chocolate eva down my throat todayO/S weight loss 2.5 /10lbs (11st 8.0- 08.02)0 -
Not been as good as I wanted. So far have had:
Porridge with berries
Apple
Some raspberry flavour laces
Hm pizza with low fat mozzarella
Hot chocolate
Don't think I'll have much else today, well I'll try to be good if I do eat0 -
I don't know if I've got a bug or if it was the chicken I had for dinner yesterday but I've been feeling decidedly green around the gills since late last night.
B - two slices of toast with butter, small piece of cheese, handful of cherries (eaten in the hope it would settle my stomach. It didn't.)
L - reduced calorie tuna and cucumber sandwich; raspberry jelly
D - not sure yet - it was meant to be Thai veg noodles with smoked tofu but I'm not sure if my stomach could cope with the spices so I may change my mind and have something easier to digest :think:

I have been using SW as an excuse to eat too much "free" food and I just HAVE to get a grip on my portion sizes.
So old fashioned calorie counting for me, with a bit of Rosemary Conley portion pots thrown in.
I had lost 11 lbs......
But a weekend away in a nice hotel with OH has seen me re-find 3 of them!
So currently 14 - 8, down from 15 - 2.
Sorry for lack of smilie waves but MSE wont let me use them at the moment.....common problem I think at the mo!0 -

Hi savesummore, I too have been feeling very downI think mine is to do with hormones ... I haven't been filling MFP in either
and I did scoff a bar of chocolate :mad: ... The main thing is I still want to lose weight and therefore whilst I am having an off day (week or two) then I will get back to eating healthier sooner or later. I hope you feeling down passes soon - it is no fun feeling as though you are fighting against daily life
