Hi jackieo i had fish and chips yesterday too. The staff canteen had run out of jacket spuds so i had f&c with salad. Left the batter and thoroughly enjoyed the rest nom nom. Then just had salad with tuna for supper with no extra carb.MrsSD declutter medals 2023 🏅🏅🏅⭐⭐ 2025

Cleaning garage today but will jot down what I'm having before I go out to sort through! Doing it now as neighbour is out and can do without anyone prying lol!
b - scrambled egg on toast with 2 x turkey rashers.
s - chocolate while raiding garage
l - cheese and salad bagel, grapes.
d - hm corned beef pie. yummy!
s - hm apple and blackberry turnover. double yummy.0 -

Off out this evening with my lovely mummy to see the open air performance of The Sound Of Music in Regent's Park, which should be good. She phoned me at 9am and sang down the phone for about 5 mins before actually speaking! We have Pizza Express booked for dinner which is good as they do their pizzas with the salad in the middle which are under 500 cals. Pizza is also never a bad choice for me because I have to have it without the cheese, which makes it less bad for you.
Had cereal for breakfast. Just about to have some beans on a bagel for lunch to keep me going. No exercise today - I will be walking around in London and possibly standing on the tube etc so I thought I'd better save my foot for that. Technically I could do some of my Pilates DVD but I think my muscles need a rest so I am taking a day off.

Have downloaded mfp so going to try that on monday to try and keep an eye on the snacking, which is my greatest downfall (among many)
