I don't feel like I've cracked it really, I just hope. I've lost a lot of weight twice before and then put it all on and more (like on last night's tv programme) and now I'm 61 I can't keep doing that. This feels like my last chance. It never ever gets any easier though :( I still long for chocolate and stuff but I can't trust myself to just eat a little bit like "normal" people can. I really worry that I can't keep it up.

How did you manage to have 20g of pasta?!? Surely that is about one spoonful! I am in absolute awe of you!!!

Haha, bless. Since I had the fish and the peas I didnt need much else to go with it.
Its probably closer to 1 and a bit large serving spoons. :p Bear in mind thats the uncooked weight though.

I dont normally have it in that small amount, I usually have about 45g of pasta if I'm having a regular meal. But these are Lumache Pasta Shapes, they look like mini conch shells and after cooking they swell up quite big.

Oh, TG :( you would faint if you saw the portions of pasta I eat. I think it is the main reason I got fat :(

Remembered to go on the Wii before breakfast this morning, and was rewarded with a 1lb loss :T I know it's not a lot, but it's taking so long to budge, I'm grateful for anything!

    Off to work today, so...
B - muesli, Greek yog, honey, soya milk
L- granary bread with tuna mayo, no marg or butter, banana, and I pulled the crusts off because the bread is really thick at work
D- salmon, beetroot, a few oven chips, spoonful of lf mayo
S- Graze fruit snack just now, and half and half lemonade and fizzy water when I got home from work and waiting for the dinner cooking in the oven, to stop me snacking on biscuits and naughty things ;)

well done everyone who has lost this week, and keep on keeping on everyone else :)

evening chums just a quick pop the head around the door.well done to all who have lost this week My DD bless her came in tonight with fish and chips to save her cooking and had bought some for me so I ate the fish and only a very small portiion of the chips about a quarter of what I would normally have had.But breakfast was the usual bran flakes and a banana, and lunch I found a tin of veggie soup at DDs that she hadn't opened and I had that for lunch with a squirt of sweet chilli sauce in it to brighten it up.It was an Asda's basic range one and I thought it needed a bit of pep to it It was suprisingly filling and very nice as well with the chilli sauce.I had no snack or biscuits at all during the day so my fish and chips I think was OK.I will have to watch what she dishes up though as she does tend to think because she has four growing lads who can eat for England that huge portions are mandatory :):) not one of the boys has a scrap of spare fat on them either but then they are all sports mad so run it off, perhaps I should take up football :):) or skateboarding
Right see you all in a fortnight good luck with the diets
