Daisiegg 15 minutes on the treadmill is not at all pathetic! I did 10 minutes on the cross trainer last night and was actually v pleased with myself and I can feel it today!! And I'm sorry I wish I could offer some advice on your neck, but there seems to be some good ideas on here.

Well so far today I've had a bowl of rice kris pies and almond milk, 2 coffees and 2 hot chocolates. Trying not to eat too much as really want a loss tomorrow as otherwise I just get very disheartened and give up if I've not lost any! Stupid I know.

  • Well naughty me - went to Mr T's today, stocking up for the very last time for a month now. 60 minutes walking around a supermarket is exercise though, right?

However, couldnt resist the whole nut chocolate on sale, or the profiteroles :o And the Continental ready made meatballs were also my downfall, ate 2/5th of the packet when I got home....*shakes head sadly*

I was doing so well this morning and I am so close to ruining it, wouldnt be surprised if the [digital] scale tomorrow is unkind....

b - scrambled egg on wm toast, 2 x turkey rashers
    s - fruit pot, handful of m&m's
l - bagel with pepperoni and salad, 2 x celery sticks, 10 ready made mini meatballs :o
    s - profiterole pot
    d - [STRIKE]hm rice/quorn portion[/STRIKE] Crackerbread and.....something else.......not cheese tho.

    Todays food -

    B: granola, ss milk
L: cheese and tomato on 2 slices toast (half usual amount of cheese), little cake
D: mushroom omelette, micro chips (had planned cold ham salad, but I discovered the coleslaw was a week out of date...I sniffed and sniffed, but couldn't decide if it was okay or not, so had a rethink)

E: walked to the shops and did some shopping, pretty sore now!

I'm off to have a last cup of tea, and *another* little cake :o

  • Salvaged my calories by doing 20 minutes of Workouts for Dummies (another DVD I found hiding) and 5-7 minutes of Pilates.

Then had 4 x crackerbread with salad (mixed leaf bag to use it up), radishes, a little grated cheese and some black pepper croutons. Yummy :)

Ok I'm in bed already but I haven't eaten anything else and I managed 20 mins of exercise. Fingers crossed for a loss tomorrow, I'll be up super early with the babies so will post first thing.

That's determination missymoo! Did you go to bed so that you wouldn't eat anything else? Done that before!

Daisiegg and TG...I think my (unused) dvd is pilates for beginners...is that a step up from pilates for dummies? :rotfl:
