Afternoon.
Please put me down for -1lb this week. I'm surprised, I didn't think I'd gained but I was expecting to sts. Hopefully it won't be back on tomorrow!0 -
Anyone else feel like pigging out after they've been weighed or is it just me?! Way over calories already today, mostly consisting of iced coffees with cream, muffins and chocolate!!!! X0

Oh definitely!
It's all part of the "why keep trying when it's not making a difference" huff.
I haven't had anything extra yet, actually I'm quite used now to having nothing nice for snacks in the house...but am very tempted to tell DS I can't be bothered cooking tonight. And that would be a bad thing...because if he cooks, it's high calorie (his favourite is pasta, but think full pack of bacon and huge heap of cheese...:eek:)...if he won't cook either, then it's takeaway, which is just as bad!
I try to keep those treat nights to the weekend...mmm, we'll see...

Erm I might have just had a chip butty...... With cheese, the whole thing equates to about aillion calories, even with the exercise I did today I'm still well over my calorie count, really feel rubbish about eating it now0

Well, we settled for pasta, with extra cheese but no bacon (2/3 to DS, 1/3 to me)...so could have been worse, could have been better.
Am now battling the idea that I want a huge plate of pudding, I just want to feel FULL for once

Well, despite all the carp I've eaten since my last weigh in (pizza and potato skins on 2 nights, mcd double cheeseburger, large fries, large choc milkshake and smoothie on Saturday, pizza with wedges and large slice of birthday cake on Sunday, and sausage in batter and chips from chippy on Tuesday), I am pleased to declare a loss of 2lbs this week!!:jWeight loss challenge 2/10lbs
