    Today I have had:-

B - sultana bran with banana and semi skimmed milk
    L - HM ham sandwich
D - sausage and bean melt (gregs from i*eland) with oven chips and baked beans
Snacks - 2 satsumas, a1d! benefit bar with choc chips
Drinks - 3 cups of black coffee, 1 latte made with 350 ml milk, 1 cup of tea with semi skimmed milk, 1 glass of diet cola and 8 glasses of water

E - 30 mins walking (to and from work, and while at work), and 30 mins on exercise bike

The exercise on the bike was because I'd gone way over on my calories and needed to burn them off, I was pooped after 20 mins but was determined to do the intended 30 mins, legs and butt were killing when I got off, lol, but it felt good that I'd achieved what I wanted to do!

KW - I'm here at the weekend, so I can do the tallying for you in your absence :)
Anyone who loses this week will get a [virtual] Oreo from me. :rotfl:

Well done for stepping in theatregirl :T. I'll be away with no comp access on Friday but will wi tomorrow morning before I go. I don't think I'll get my virtual Oreo though, or even the crumbs after last night's change of dinner and snack . Going to have to work hard to get rid of that lot...

    Amendment to yesterday
D - 2 buttered (:o) wraps with blt, cucumber, rf mayo. Didn't have any bacon so grilled a gammon steak and had half in each wrap. Piggy.
S - loads of grapes, a Titan bar, 2 fruity biscuits, nana sandwich
E - 5 x 10 mins then fell asleep over Eastenders (I know, but someone's got to watch it!)

    Today -
    B - F&F, ss milk
    L - egg salad
D - Cumberland sausage with salad
    S - fresh fruit
E - vac and dust through, kitchen and bathroom, bins, mow lawn. Pack :D

    Have a sunny day :)

Seconded. :) If I lose may I have a virtual jammie dodger instead of an oreo, please, as I don't like chocolately things?

I'm feeling a bit :( today as my weight's gone up from yesterday - not much, but enough to be noticeable. I know I shouldn't get too worked up about it as my weight does tend to fluctuate quite considerably from day to day - dunno why - but still: :(.

    Today goes:

B - two rye crispbreads with the barest scraping of peanut butter and a sliced banana
L - crab pate and cucumber sandwich, mini pack of low-cal pretzels, two nectarines
D - slice of ham and mustard quiche with a large mixed salad dressed with a drizzle of balsamic vinegar

Then it's pub quiz this evening where I intend to stick to soft drinks, although I may cave in and have one - ONE! ;) - glass of cider with lots of ice.
Back after a very long break!

Oh goodness gracious me, I had a horrendous binge yesterday. I don't even want to post what I ate as I am so ashamed!

GOT to get back on track today. Fruit for breakfast, salad for lunch, and then I am teaching my brother to make a roast dinner this evening, but I will try for a small portion.

theatregirl, although chances are I will not be receiving a virtual biscuity treat this week :( if I do, can the Oreo be made in America not made in the UK? :D for some bizarre reason, I can eat Oreos in the states but over here they have milk in!!

daisiegg and CCP - I am sure I can come up with some sort of alternative treat for you if needed ;)

found it much cooler down here in SW London last night - had the window open above my bed all night, was really lovely. only got up to make stirfry while kitchen was shaded and then whipped out to put in repeat prescription for DM and post a couple of bits.

    I too had a bit of a chocolate feast yesterday...3 snickers bars in a day...I didnt intend to....honest :o

    b - hazelnut yoghurt, banana
l - bagel with spread & ham, cheese and salad, crisps, remaining snickers bar :o
    d - pork & h/m stuffing sandwiches....can't wait... *dribble*
s - half a tub of pringles and several choc biscuits...oh dear...

edited : didnt have the glass of wine or the yorkshire pudding in the end...
  • Hello all - you have been busy, there are pages of the thread for me to catch up on!

Sorry for the late reply, no loss for me this week. Unlikely to be any smiley faces over the next few weeks as i'm off on hols for 3 weeks. Reckon that will be at least 1/2 stone on! But i will try, i must try and i will not take any baggy clothes!

Have a happy and healthy few weeks everyone!

I've never had an Oreo and unlikely to get even a virtual one if I don't get my menu planning sorted. Been lazy in all this heat. :o

    Food today so far-

    Iced coffee

    Mixed meat sandwich
    2 buttered cream crackers (couldn't resist):o

Not sure what else I fancy as its so hot. Don't have to cook for others today, just me, but do have a lovely piece of steak I got reduced so may have that with salad.
Think I'll snack on watermelon as I don't fancy anything else.

Good to see you joining Recovering. I remember you losing before on OS years ago. You've done so well to lose that 5 stone. ;)
