Sorry that I didn't weigh in sooner, but I was dreading it.... I was considering lying... but what is the point... I considered saying that we had visitors... but that's a lie... I've put on + 4lbs...:o
Now, I could blame it on lots of things that weren't my fault... but that would be a lie too....I could just slip away and not come back... but what's the point on doing that ?????
So what did happen ?????
The lovely weather .... no, and I won't blame Andy Murray taking so long and me munching my way through stuff while watching the final...I didn't watch it !!!!
It was me taking my eye off the ball... Since Thursday, I've been eating 3 meals a day.... Home made potato bread, Philly cheese etc etc... I know I can't eat that often and get away with it... or eat strawberries and cream.... shared pkts of maltesers... mintos and assorted goodies... rhubarb and custard hard sweets.... the list goes on... I'm starting to sound like someone in some addict programme...
Anyway, that's a good start to the programme.... I had better shift the weight before the weekend !!!!
As you can tell, I'm a tad depressed... but that won't last long...
Congrats to everyone who lost weight or sts... :T

Sorry KW, I'm away too, at sons graduation and staying on for a few days otherwise, like CCP, I'd be only too happy to do it. Hope someone will step in, it's a bit risky for some of us leaving next weigh-in for two weeks! Hope you have a good break/holiday?
B - F&F, ss milk
L - 2 slices WW wm with peanut butter. Tomato salad
D - ratatouille small jacket
S - fresh fruit
E - laundry/ironing/cleaning through/getting rid of all the little piles of papers etc that build up everywhere/maybe a bit of gardening. Can't let DGD1, who's coming to stay with the mutt, that I live in a pigsty!

We all have slip ups so dust yaself down and get back on the wagon
Guys just to let you know im not going to be on here much over the next week as I have my final Level 2 sign language exam a week today so need to spend every spare minute working towards that

l - bagel with garlic & herb cheese spread + salad, bag of crisps
s - banana
d - 1 x l/o wrap (from last nights disaster dinner!) with ham salad, crisps, glass of wine....
s- probably another snickers bar.....0 -

B - Weetabix with UHT SM and sweetner
D - Sainsbobs meal deal - Sarnie, crisps and a cold drink ( Had hospital visits and shopping and this was cheapest option)
T - SW Bacon pasta with salad
Snacks have strawberries and melon, maybe supper of crispread and marmite.
