Quick late night time visit just to report that have gained 1lb this week, probably because there were some walnut whips lying around shouting at me to eat them
I absolutely, definitely, hand on heart promise that I will not buy anything chocolate next week!
Well done all the 'losers', and take courage all of us who are finding it hard going.2025 Fashion on the ration

Weighed this morning and have lost 2 more lbs!:j:j I've made no real "diet" effort, I'm just not thinking much about food these days. I eat a breakfast bar in the morning (as I have always done), usually 4 pieces of fruit for lunch and something as an evening meal and seem to have cut out snacks without trying to. I'm now just 1/2lb to 1lb off my lowest ever weight again.
I wore a suit dress that I bought ages ago yesterday (with a matching jacket) and have only worn once before and I actually looked slim - caught a glimpse of myself in a mirror while in work and had to look again as it actually looked ok!

If you could live one day of your life over again, which day would you choose?0 -
Okay so I couldnt stick to it.....I had to join in with you guys weighing in and whatnot...
I dont like seeing the sad faces next to my name on the list, I admit it!!
So I hopped on the scales this morning and I am -4lbs!
Had a late brunch - just a slice of toast and a special k bar
lunch will probably just be a sandwich of some kind with crisps
probably a few sweet things will find their way in there, I have certainly been midnight snacking the last few days due to the jetlag. (thats my excuse and I'm sticking to it...)
eta - forgot to take fish out of freezerso having rice and chicken for dinner again instead.

I'm recording a +1lb this week. Probably due to the 12 ice creams I eat yesterday :eek:0

Sparrer - hospital is not conducive to losing weight unless you are a patient which is a surefire way! Hope your DM is well on the way to recovery.
Thanks Mollie, getting there slowly, she's home from hospital now and will take some time for her to stop being frightened of every move causing another heart attack but her side of the family is made of strong stuff, living well into the 90's, so I think, certainly hope, she'll be with us for a while yet
B - F&F, ss milk
L - ploughmans, chocolate sponge with cream
T - cheese n pickle sandwich
S - fruit
E - some gardening/some housework
Thank you Dragon for keeping us all in order0 -

It's all that extra-curricular activity:T:T:T Well done xI must not fear. Fear is the mind-killer.
Fear is the little-death that brings total obliteration.
I will face my fear. I will permit it to pass over and through me. When it has gone past I will turn the inner eye to see its path.
When the fear has gone there will be nothing. Only I will remain.0 -
