Hi guys
Sorry been MIA over the weekend and forgot to weigh in!! Think my head s in holiday mode
Anyway due to a hideous hangover yesterday (didnt drink that much but felt very sick and had such a bad head yesterday!) i ate hardly anything yesterday!
Today:
B: Museli with s/s milk
S: 1 wholemeal toast with marg, banana
L: layer prawn salad (brought not hm) 2 x satsumas
S: apple, greek corner yog
T: cheese sandwich on the way to college
I may have a snack later as a sandwich crammed into my face at half 5 will not sustain me for the rest of the evening!
WW- Im 5ft 5 and unfortunatly am now 10st but my friend who is the same height is approx 9st and i think we both look fine (ive got more T&A than her :rotfl:) so think your mom maybe alittle jealous rather than you being in danger with your weight IYSWIMO/S weight loss 2.5 /10lbs (11st 8.0- 08.02)0 -
Not a lot to say ...
I kept myself busy today.. Still not well enough to venture out of the gate but getting there.. Once a month, I dig over the coop.. It keeps the ground sweet and that's important with the warmer months coming !!! I love doing it as the 6 chooks were right in there .. They were in extreme danger of getting decapitated with the spade !!! They were balancing on top of the spade full of dirt as I was trying to turn it over so it took 10 times longer but a good laugh !!!
His master was off today for the Monday holiday so he was happy painting the fence..
Foodwise, I had a couple of aubergines in the fridge so I made him Melanzane Parmigiana ... I just had scrambled eggs on toast ...
Well, that's about all
Take care everyone...0 -
Hello all
Sorry been MIA, MIL has gone on holiday since mid-May so am looking after my brood as well as FIL. FIL likes things to be kept constant so its cooking the same things that MIL cooks on specific days etc which is time consuming! She'll be back on sat so back to normality then i hope.
Not been good food-wise either. Combination off exhaustion, time, lots of visitors and plenty of unhealthy food. Plus half term so half working, half not working has played havoc with diet and exercise regime. Basically lots of food and no exercise :rotfl:
So i think i'm at a +4lbs at least over the last 3 weeks but i'll try better this week and then post a total on friday. Very annoying as i had all those lovely smiles next to my name
Glad to hear everyone is ok....ups and downs keep us together, just thnk if we all lost all the weight we wouldn't post and be our little community :cool:0 -

Hello all!
Back from New York
Sad to be back home but lovely too. Unpacked this morning and just bunged everything into the wash, lol, thats me settled.
Since I got home early, and ate craploads while I was abroad, I hopped on the scale and am +6lbs! Wahey lol.0 -
Glad you had a great time in NY, theatregirl
I love it there!
Well, here I am, fatty mc fatterson. Getting back on the diet bandwagon post honeymoon never happenedit has been really tough recovering from the broken foot and the post-wedding blues
we have just eaten and drunk and eaten and drunk. I actually think I may have gained about 7 lbs :eek::eek: I haven't weighed myself 'properly' (my old routine of in the morning pre food post loo and minus clothing!) but the times I have tentatively popped on the scales do NOT look good
The foot is finally getting a lot better (I drove for the first time yesterday! Which is INCREDIBLY exciting) so I have no more excuses. Getting through the unhealthy food this week (can't throw food away!) and DH and I are definitely definitely definitely starting to be healthy again come Monday. It won't be so intense as the pre wedding diet but I definitely want to shift as many lbs as possible before the summer!
Hope everyone is doing ok and you will accept the fatty crawling back with her tail between her legs...0 -

Dragon, I won't weigh in this Friday, but more than happy for you to update the list, just put me as +3lbs?
Pretty sure I can shed most of it by the NEXT weigh in (ie: the 14th) lol0
