Still getting used to eating less, the first few days are the hardest!
today -
B: cornflakes, ss milk, sultanas
L: 2 slices of wholemeal bread, toasted, with spread (lurpak lightest)fish fillet with tomato and herb topping, peas, oven chips.
lf yoghurt with extra pineapple pieces
E: about 30 minutes weeding...ouch! I'm aching now, and a really good clean up after my ceiling light in the living room exploded...the shade was glass, so a big mess!
I feel lazy that I've no real exercise to report, but I have such problems with my back, and I'm trying not to make it any worse...at least I can potter about at the moment, so it could be worse.

Welcome muckymoo (great username! :rotfl:)
rather a busy day ahead so posting now while I have a chance.
Few snacky add ons to yesterday - had a ww ice cream pot, pack of crisps, piece of chocolate cake, and a mug of hot chocolate
Today: breakfast was the very last of the special k cereal - wahoo! It has been a nightmare trying to finish 2 1/2 boxes over the last few months, I am not a big cereal lover at all!
Lots of pasta today! Lunch will be pasta I cooked the other day, rewarmed with a tin of salmon and some salad. Then dinner will cheesy bacon pasta, also with salad - thought that was what I had last night but turned out to be stirfry I put up to defrost lol.
Off out today with DM so will get my exercise that way. Got a little bit of lower back pain so hopefully walking should aid that.
DM did however say yesterday that my tummy looked a little flatter so that gave me a bit of a buzz! Will weigh and measure on Friday morning!0 -
Welcome mucky moo! I'd like to lose about the same as you...just think, by Christmas, we *will* be slim
Theatregirl - if your mother says your tummy looks flatter then it must be truebet you're getting excited as your holiday gets closer.
I thought about walking to the shops this morning, but it's cold and rainy...rubbish excuse, I know! Will maybe finish my painting instead. Have no idea what I'll have to eat today, I'm very impressed with those of you who can post in advance what you're going to have!
