Hi all,
Good to see a fuller forum back, was getting a bit quiet back there!
Hope you are all happy and well - and if its any consolation, it's freeezing here as well :snow_laug
STS this week. Bit disappointing as i've still been really good but only been to the gym once and i thinks that's what is helping me drop the weight.
Food this weekend will not be good either as my mum will be around and i get lecture after lecture about 'not eating' as i don't eat the calorific meals that i have to feed the rest of the (very skinny) family
Have a great day and weekend :j0 -
Just a quickie - I have lost 1lb:j

Hi all just back from Bonnie Scotland, full of very 'good' food so won't wi for a few days til I get back into my own eating routine. I'm sure I'm several lb heavier than when I went, the only consolation is I'm still able to do up my trousers (reasonably) comfortably. I do have a wee haggis/shortbread/cake etc paunch though!
So back to normal and..
B - F&F, ss milk
D - Jacket with rf spread, rf cheese & bacon
T - salmon salad
S - fruit, Kellogs raisin bar
E - just going to mow the lawn (field!) plant and tidy garden
Pleased to be home, good to read how everyone's doing0 -
Sorry I've been MIA lately - very busy! However, I can confirm a 2lb loss this weekBe who you are and say what you feel because those who mind don't matter and those who matter don't mind.
