Hi, I really NEED to join this thread again, and this time take it seriously! My weight has gone up and down so many times over the years, and every time I get where I want to be it goes back on again, but now I am at my heaviest ever at 12 stone, which is the same weight as my OH and is not good for a short a**e like me, lol!
Hardly any of my clothes fit me, and I refuse to go out and buy any bigger clothes so I have to something about it, and hopefully with the support of this thread I will get there this time.
I'm aiming to lose a total of 3 stone, at 1-2 pounds a week. I know all the theories, but putting it into practice isn't always so easy as I'm sure you will all understand, so any encouragement (kick up the bum) will be appreciated.Weight loss challenge 2/10lbs

Apologies for being MIA all, had a quite busy weekend, but thankfully the latest show is done with now after a 2 week run (!) and moving on to the next - which doesnt start till Wed so I have two days off.
The weekend mostly consisted of a struggle of wills.
Breakfast on Saturday was just cheese on toast, and then "lunch" was with 2 of my coworkers (which was at 4pm lol), had double chicken burger with chips, and then me and one of the aforementioned co workers raided the corner shop for sweets.I just got a small bag of Yorkie Buttons and had those with an apple I'd taken with me in my bag.
Dinner Saturday was a mini burger (the last one from the freezer) with onion rings and a small salad.
Yesterday tried to be good with breakfast and had turkey rashers and the last of the mushrooms, plus 2 slices wm bread.
Then I caved for lunch (after going to the supermarket) and had a portion of mac&cheese with fishfingers plus another wm slice of bread.
Dinner...oh god, I had so much. Mini pizza, chips, onion rings, 3 x prawn toast (they were y/s). And then a few hours later I had a small block of cheese....and ate a entire bag of Red Sky crisps. To myself. In one sitting...........
So this morning I just had cereal because I dread to think how I'll balloon if I eat much more than that! :rotfl:0 -

Can I join in again please? I was with you all most of last year and did really well but then life got in the way!!
A very quick run down- my 12 year relationship came to an end (mutual so although very upsetting im ok now) so since end November ive done no exercise and for about 6 weeks ate next to nothing mainly because after 2 yrs i started smoking againso lost about 5 LBS without trying taking me to about 9.5 stone but since then ive ate nothing but absolute c**p and now think im approx 10stone
i will weigh myself in the morning and confirm
My life still alittle upside down as im currently staying with a friend but the lack of exercise, smoking , extra weight and eating rubbish is really taking its toll so i need a collective kick up the backside pls!!
I havent caught up on posts so can someone advise how long left in this challenge plsO/S weight loss 2.5 /10lbs (11st 8.0- 08.02)0 -
