Ellie, I'm glad you understood that sentence - I read it back and wasn't sure I'd made sense!

Now I just need to make some healthy snacks to take to a quiz tomorrow night to stop me munching up the crisps!

Have to report a 1 lb gain not happy at all :(

Have been a lot busier than usual this week, I've been painting and decorating every day, and I ache all over! It hasn't helped to counteract the pizza though!
Maybe I need to start posting what I eat...might make me think twice before I have something "naughty".

Hi guys, can I join in again please? :D I dropped out a year ago but still been keeping upto date with posts.

My aim for the year was to lose 100lbs and so far I'm at 19lbs :rotfl:

I'm eating clean as I have a food addiction, I couldn't just eat one slice of pizza or one square of chocolate....I'd demolish it all in seconds :D this seems to be working, I'm not craving anything and feel a lot healthier for all the fresh food I'm eating.

Hi, sounds like you're doing really well...no cravings, feeling healthier...and 19 lbs is GOOD, wish I'd lost that much this year!

    Hi everyone,

I haven't posted on here for weeks, mainly because I have fallen off the weightloss wagon and have been eating rubbish for weeks.

Finally gave myself a kick up the backside last week and have lost 2lbs.

Doubt I will make my original target of 10lbs but will keep going even if I can get to 7lb that would be OK

It has been a little quiet on here. Im noticeable by my absence which is because I have not been able to lose any weight. It is a combination of eating rubbish (only small amounts) and being more or less bed ridden for the past few months.

We are off on holiday in 6 weeks time and I would like to lose 7lbs so Im setting myself a mini challenge. However I have to get over this weekend first as we are going to see the sea so might have a cooked breakfast tomorrow and perhaps a taste of the sea via fish and chips.

    Onwards and downwards x
I must not fear. Fear is the mind-killer.
Fear is the little-death that brings total obliteration.
I will face my fear. I will permit it to pass over and through me. When it has gone past I will turn the inner eye to see its path.
When the fear has gone there will be nothing. Only I will remain.
