Very happy to report that I have LOST 1lb :T
I've been trying to cut out the rubbishy stuff all week and drink more water, so it looks like it's worked.
I've been on holiday this week, but decided not to go anywhere this time. We've just been tidying up the garden and putting some plants in. Got a really good deal at Dobbies on Monday with their 3 for 2's and the Garden Club 10% discount, so I had to get cracking with them! I've also started taking the wallpaper off the kitchen, but it's horrible to get off. It's a washable paper, so the top layer is plasticky, then there's a second layer, then a base paper as well :eek: so it's going to take a bit longer than I had thought.

I was so smug this morning, got dressed and finally my jeans were feeling a lot looser...walked downstairs and discovered it was because I'd forgotten to fasten them up...doh! :rotfl:

I have a confession.....I have sinned.....I have eaten an entire bar of Dairy Milk Mint Bubbly chocolate today.
I really did need it though, other than the shopping and opticians this morning, just have not stopped to rest, ran (read: bolted) everywhere this afternoon on the way to work - was nearly late! - and ran for trains etc coming home, so I'm curled up in bed and the chocolate was just there....and then it wasnt.
anyway other than that just had a slice of bread with spread to help the risotto down. hopefully it wont impact on my wi in the morning.0 -

Reporting a 1lb loss this week which is one of my extra holiday pounds. So just one more to go to get back to STS.

Congrats on the losses and sts's. Though anyone who scoffs a whole bar of Dairy Milk Mint Bubbly deserves at best a half stone gain (I'm only jealous really

B - F&F, ss milk
D - chicken salad. Still got almost half a ginormous chicken but need use it up soon, hate throwing food away. Maybe make a curry for tomorrow then freeze the rest for soup/stock
T - chicken salad in wm roll. Banana
S - melon, satsuma, apple
E - 2x10 mins planned, plus done upstairs already, rest to get a vac/dust through
Sun's just coming out again, hope it's a bright BH weekend for everyone0 -
have just had the shock of my life, had to get on and off the weighing scales five times to make sure I wasnt seeing things.
I have lost 2lbs this week! That makes my total for this challenge!
Manic here again this morning and no idea what's happening for lunch so I will post later tonight with mealplan0 -
theatregirl....well done of course!!....but I do hate you a little bit! :rotfl: if I ate what is in your meal plans every day I would gain a couple of lbs each week! So jealous! :rotfl:
